Abstract
Actualmente el turismo comunitario ha tomado gran relevancia en el campo turístico, siendo una de las actividades que los turistas tanto nacionales y extranjeros desean practicar, y mayormente esto se debe a que disfrutan relacionarse con el medio ambiente, además de obtener un amplio conocimiento de las culturas que ahí residen.
La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en el cantón Puerto Francisco de Orellana, provincia de Orellana y tuvo como objetivo general Elaborar una propuesta de desarrollo turístico comunitario en el centro Ila Kucha con la finalidad de diversificar la oferta local existente y contribuir a dinamizar la economía del cantón.
La metodología aplicada fue descrita en 2 fases, la primera consistió en la visita de campo al centro de turismo con el fin de evidenciar la situación actual en la que se encuentran los servicios turísticos existentes, la segunda se basó en realizar encuestas a la población del cantón Orellana para conocer los gustos y preferencias en cuanto a sus necesidades turísticas; se obtuvieron un total de 319 encuestas. Luego de obtener los datos necesarios se formuló la propuesta de turismo comunitario.
En los resultados arrojados se comprobó un déficit en los servicios turísticos brindados como lo es; desmejoramiento de las infraestructuras, falta de capacitaciones a los guías y demás servidores de centro turístico, además del desconocimiento de estrategias de promoción. Por estas razones se da la necesidad de implementar acciones que contribuyan a mejorar la oferta turística existente en Ila Kucha, por eso la propuesta se creó con el fin de hacer frente a la problemática encontrada y fue centrada específicamente en capacitaciones, innovación y promoción. De esta manera se contribuirá a que el turista tenga una experiencia gratificante, además de ayudar a mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de la comunidad.
En conclusión, el centro de turismo Ila Kucha tiene gran potencial turístico para potencializar y preservar y que con una adecuada administración se puede llegar a convertir en lugar de gran interés turístico que no solo beneficiara a los habitantes de la comunidad, sino a todo el cantón Orellana.

Currently community tourism has taken on great relevance in the tourist field, being one of the activities that both national and foreign tourists want to practice, and mainly this is because they enjoy interacting with the environment, in addition to obtaining a wide knowledge of the cultures that reside there.
This research was carried out in the Puerto Francisco de Orellana canton, Orellana province and had the general objective of preparing a proposal for community tourism development in the Ila Kucha center in order to diversify the existing local offer and contribute to boosting the economy of the canton.
The applied methodology was described in 2 phases, the first consisted of a field visit to the tourism center in order to demonstrate the current situation in which the existing tourist services are found, the second was based on conducting surveys of the population of the Canton Orellana to know the tastes and preferences regarding your tourist needs; A total of 319 surveys were obtained. After obtaining the necessary data, the community tourism proposal was formulated.
In the results obtained, a deficit was found in the tourist services provided as it is; deterioration of infrastructures, lack of training for guides and other tourist center servers, in addition to ignorance of promotion strategies. For these reasons, there is a need to implement actions that contribute to improving the existing tourist offer in Ila Kucha, that is why the proposal was created in order to face the problems encountered and was specifically focused on training, innovation and promotion. In this way, it will contribute to the tourist having a rewarding experience, in addition to helping to improve the quality of life of the community's inhabitants.
In conclusion, the Ila Kucha tourism center has great tourist potential to enhance and preserve and that with proper administration it can become a place of great tourist interest that will not only benefit the inhabitants of the community, but the entire canton. Orellana.
