Abstract
La presente investigación busca determinar la factibilidad y rentabilidad socio- económico que tendrá la creación de un Complejo Turístico, en la Parroquia la Esperanza del Cantón Quevedo, esta propuesta se formula con la necesidad de conocer que en el lugar no existe un lugar de distracción, donde la familia pueda ir y tener la seguridad de pasar un rato ameno y tranquilo.
La Investigación realizada fue descriptiva la cual se diseñó un cuestionario con preguntas dirigidas a la población y a las autoridades de la junta parroquial; las cuales se presentaron de manera clara mediante tablas y gráficos, con su respectivo análisis para su mejor comprensión, con el fin de conocer los gustos y necesidades que tienen las personas que habitan en la zona y lugares aledaños, las cuales fueron aceptada de forma positiva obteniendo un 67,7% para la creación del complejo turístico en la zona.
La organización del Complejo se determinó a través de su Misión, Visión, Principios y valores, pilares fundamentales para el buen funcionamiento interno de la empresa, además se diseñó los perfiles profesionales de acuerdo a la función y responsabilidad que cada persona a ser contratada con el objetivo de brindar un servicio de calidad a los turistas nacionales e internacionales.
También se podrá observar los ingresos, costos y gastos proyectados en 5 años los cuales determinan la viabilidad y factibilidad del presente proyecto, asegurando el retorno del capital invertido, obteniendo rentabilidad desde el primer año de operaciones por lo que se recomienda la puesta en marcha para la creación del complejo turístico Bambo Park.

This research seeks to determine the feasibility and socio-economic profitability that will have the creation of a Tourist Complex, in the Parish of Hope of the Canton Quevedo, this proposal is formulated with the need to know that there is no place of distraction, where the family can go and have the security of spending a pleasant and quiet time.
The research was descriptive which designed a questionnaire with questions addressed to the population and authorities of the parish board; Thes which were presented clearly by means of tables and graphs, with their respective analysis for their best understanding, in order to know the tastes and needs that the people who live in the area and surrounding places, which were accepted in a positive way obtaining 67.7% for the creation of the tourist complex in the area.
The organization of the Complex was determined through its Mission, Vision, Principles and Values, fundamental pillars for the proper internal functioning of the company, in addition professional profiles were designed according to the role and responsibility that each person to be hired with the aim of providing a quality service to national and international tourists.
You will also be able to observe the revenue, costs and expenses projected in 5 years which determine the feasibility and feasibility of this project, ensuring the return of the capital invested, obtaining profitability from the first year of operations so it is recommended to start up for the creation of the Bambo Park resort.
