Abstract
La empresa contable “EMCON”, prestará sus servicios a los empresarios, micro empresarios, agricultores y comerciantes del cantón El Empalme en asesoramiento contable, declaración de impuestos, presentación de anexos transaccionales, obtención del RUC y elaboración de estados financieros.
La empresa contable, funcionará en la Av. Guayaquil 239 y Antonio José de Sucre del cantón El Empalme, provincia del Guayas, frente al Banco Pichincha, la cual contará con el acondicionamiento adecuado para brindar un buen servicio a la ciudadanía; la misma que tendrá una estructura organizada. Esta empresa estará en capacidad de brindar sus servicios a micro empresarios, empresarios, comerciantes, agricultores y otros.
La empresa cubrirá el 75% a la demanda insatisfecha en asesoramiento contable, declaración de impuestos, obtención del RUC, presentación de anexos transaccionales y elaboración de estados financieros. El financiamiento se lo obtendrá con capital propio de su propietaria.
Se requiere una inversión total durante el primer mes de USD 11.414,73 de los cuales USD 2.890,43 corresponden al Capital de Operación, USD 7.980,75 corresponden a los Activos Fijos, mientras que un 5% para los imprevistos es de USD 543,56.
El total de egresos para el primer mes es de USD 28.034,68, mientras que el total de ingresos para el primer año es de USD 32.175,00.
La utilidad neta para el primer año es de USD 3.579,13, la relación beneficio – costo es de USD 0,15, esto significa que el proyecto es viable, el VAN es de USD 21.618,38, y la TIR es del 98%.

This study aims to analyze the economic and financial feasibility of installing a processing plant banana compote.
