Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó en el Recinto San Luís. Km. 45+6 vía Santo Domingo Quevedo margen izquierdo. Parroquia Santa María del Toachi,
Cantón Santo Domingo. A una temperatura de 24,9 °C, una humedad relativa de 88,0%, precipitación sobre el nivel del mar 2.885,5 Heliofanía año de horas luz 629,0. Evaporación promedio anual 783,7. La misma que tendrá una duración aproximada de 7 meses.
Los datos primarios se tomaran de los registros de oferta y demanda a nivel nacional y posteriormente a nivel de la provincia de los Tsáchilas con el objeto de organizarlos a través de cuadros y figuras que permitan llegar a la elaboración de los resultados a los cuales se les aplicara el respectivo análisis
Se logró determinar que la oferta está muy por debajo de la demanda, razón por la cual la demanda insatisfecha crece paulatina significativamente.
Se efectuó un estudio técnico, económico y financiero con la finalidad de determinar los recursos necesarios para la creación de una granja integral, teniendo como resultado que no se puede trabajar con capital propio sino más bien con el 60% de financiamiento y el 40% aportado por el capital social.
Aunque se realizó esta propuesta, solo en producción porcina concluimos que es factible llevar a cabo este proyecto.
