| dc.description | The main objective of this research project is to contribute to the improvement and strengthening of the tourism development of the “Los Angeles” parish of the Ventanas canton, in the province of Los Ríos. By raising the inventory of the tourist attractions of the parish, it was determined that the place has great tourist potential that should be exploited by the community for the benefit of its inhabitants, which will contribute to the arrival of tourists, achieving the increase in places of work and generating an economic benefit in the parish, giving a sense of belonging and raising awareness in the community in the preservation of its resources. With the surveys carried out in the Ventanas canton, the level of acceptance of tourist attractions was determined, a satisfactory response was obtained from the people surveyed, 50% are interested in knowing the parish and its attractions, 59% are young people from 21 to 30 years old who visit this place to carry out some type of recreational activity with friends or family, their main motivation for travel is adventure tourism, for this reason this is the potential segment for the development of the “Los Angeles " parish. Subsequently, a Natural Strategic Plan of the parish was elaborated, which is constituted by the mission, vision, values, SWOT analysis and a strategic proposal for each objective, such as the implementation of informative and restrictive signage; promotion and dissemination of tourist attractions through social networks such as Facebook, and through flyers. | dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación, tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al mejoramiento y fortalecimiento del desarrollo turístico de la parroquia “Los Ángeles” del cantón Ventanas, en la provincia de Los Ríos. Mediante el levantamiento del inventario de los atractivos turísticos de la parroquia se determinó que el lugar cuenta con un gran potencial turístico que debería ser aprovechado por la comunidad para beneficio de sus habitantes, lo que contribuirá a la llegada de turistas, logrando el incremento de plazas de trabajo y generando un beneficio económico en la parroquia, forjando un sentido de pertenencia y concientizando a la comunidad en la preservación de sus recursos. Con las encuestas realizadas en el cantón Ventanas se determinó el nivel de aceptación de los atractivos turísticos, se obtuvo una respuesta satisfactoria de las personas encuestadas el 50% tienen el interés por conocer la parroquia y sus atractivos, el 59% son jóvenes de 21 a 30 años de edad que visitan este lugar para realizar algún tipo de actividad recreativa en compañía de amigos o familiares, su principal motivación de viaje es el turismo de aventura, por tal motivo este es el segmento potencial para el desarrollo de la parroquia “Los Ángeles”. Posteriormente se elaboró un Plan Estratégico Natural de la parroquia el cual está constituido por la misión, visión, valores, análisis FODA y una propuesta estratégica por cada objetivo planteado como lo es la implementación de señaléticas informativas y restrictivas; promoción y difusión de los atractivos turísticos por medio de las redes sociales como Facebook, y por medio de volantes.
