Gestión administrativa y su incidencia en el retorno financiero del proyecto del cultivo de girasol en la unidad educativa ciudad de Valencia. año 2014
Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la gestión administrativa
y su incidencia en el retorno financiero del proyecto del cultivo de girasol en la
Unidad Educativa Ciudad de Valencia año, Provincia de Los Ríos. Para lo cual
de un total de 68 docentes y 1000 estudiantes, se tomó como muestra 29
docentes y 49 estudiantes a los que se aplicó un formulario de encuesta, para
establecer parámetros técnicos, costos de producción y beneficio neto del
cultivo de girasol se establecieron tres tratamientos, el T1 con fertilización a
base de 70 Kg de urea y 50cc de nortoquel, el T2 con 80 Kg de urea y 100cc
de nortoquel y el T3 con 90 Kg de urea y 200cc de nortoquel, y en base a esa
encuesta determinar la gestión administrativa en la Unidad Educativa “Ciudad
de Valencia”. Los resultados del nivel de planificación muestran: el 47,44%
como de una excelente, el 25,64% considera que es buena, el 16,67 regular
y el 10,25 la considera como mala la planificación; sobre la gestión
administrativa para ejecutar el proyecto el 17,95% la califica de excelente, el
44,87% la considera buena, el 26,92 opina que es regular y el 10,26 la
considera mala. Sobre la aplicación de buenas prácticas agrícolas en el
proyecto del cultivo de girasol, la opinión fue que el 15,39% los considera
como excelente, el 50,00% los considera buenos, el 26,92% cree que son
regular y finalmente el 7,69 considera que no están acorde con las exigencias
técnicas. Sobre que si este proyecto será una alternativa económica, el
19,23% de docentes y estudiantes consideran que es excelente, el 41,03%
califica como buena, el 30,77% la considera como regular y apenas el 8,97%
cree que es mala. En términos reales, el ingreso bruto en el tratamiento T3
fue el que demostró mayor ingreso con $ 42,24; siguiéndole en orden de
importancia el T2 con $36,90 y finalmente el T1 con un ingreso bruto de $24.
En cuanto al retorno financiero, se tiene que la relación Beneficio costo más
alta correspondió al tratamiento T3 con $2,98, es decir que el cultivo de girasol
en la zona de Valencia es altamente rentable por cuanto por cada dólar
invertido se recupera 1,98 dólares.
Description
This research aimed to evaluate the administrative management and its impact
on the financial return of the project of sunflower in the Educational Unit City
of Valencia year, Provincia de Los Rios. For which a sample of 29 teachers
and 49 students that a survey form was applied was taken. To establish
technical parameters, production costs and net profit of sunflower three
treatments were established, the T1 with fertilization with 70 kg of urea and
50cc nortoquel, the T2 with 80 kg of urea and 100cc nortoquel and T3 90 kg
of urea and 200cc nortoquel. The planning level results show that the

16.67 and 10.25 Regular considered as poor, on the administration to
implement the project the 17.95% rate of excellent, 44.87% considered good,
the view that is regularly 26,92 and 10,26 considered bad. On the application
of good agricultural practices in the project of sunflower, the opinion was that
15.39% are considered as excellent, 50.00% are considered good, the 26.92%
believe they are regularly and finally the 7.69 considered to be inconsistent
with the technical requirements. On that if this project will be an economic
alternative, 19.23% of teachers and students consider it excellent, 41.03%
qualifies as good, 30.77% consider as fair and just 8.97% believe that is bad.
In real terms, gross revenue in the treatment T3 was the one that showed
increased income to $ 42.24; followed in order of importance T2 with $ 36.90
and finally the T1 with a gross income of $ 24. In the financial return must be
the highest cost benefit ratio corresponded to treatment 3 $ 2.98, ie sunflower
cultivation in the area of Valencia is highly profitable because for every dollar
invested recovers 1.98 dollars.
