| dc.description | This research was conducted in order to implement a tourist circuit that promotes inclusive tourism in the canton El Empalme, province of Guayas, acording to the problems presented by focusing on accessibility facilities anda travel in tourist attractions for people with disabilities, which prevents the canton to be a destination that offers and bets on inclusiveness in tourism, adding to it the pandemic by Covid – 19, the lack of interest of the highest authorities, in this research it was of utmost importance to apply investigative methods in order to give an answer to the formulation of the problem posed, thus calculating the number of people to consider when asking a series of questions in relation to the main theme, the inclusive circuit, in which a group of people with disabilities was also considered since they are the most appropriate to answer the questions. The results show that most of the attractions identified for the circuit do not have the corresponding facilities for the user with a disability, whether motor, hearing, among others, being these the most striking attractions of the canton, for its beauty, importance, history, there is no management by the authorities is order to improve them for tourism, surveys show that people are interested in traveling, in learning more about their land, and in taking into account people with disabilities, so that they can enjoy the attractions and wealth of the canton, with security, economic accesibility and other factors, for this inclusive circuits was designed and that was socialized with the citizens of empalmense for their benefit in turn developing a Full Day. In conclusion, the canton of El Empalme has everythings to be a potencial inclusive tourist destination, but without the appropriate management measures, development would not be posible, which will open new Jobs, new projects, which would bring very good benefits to the canton. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación fue realizada con la finalidad de implementar un circuito turístico que impulse el turismo inclusivo en el cantón El Empalme, provincia del Guayas, de acuerdo a la problemática que presenta haciendo enfoque en las facilidades de accesibilidad y desplazamiento en los atractivos turísticos, para personas con discapacidad, lo que impide al cantón ser un destino que oferte y apueste por la inclusividad en el turismo, sumándole a ello la pandemia por Covid – 19, la falta de interés de las autoridades máximas, además de los mismo propietarios en no dar mejorar a sus servicios, en esta investigación fue de suma importancia aplicar métodos investigativos con el fin de dar una respuesta a la formulación de la problemática planteada, calculando así la cantidad de personas a considerar al momento de efectuar una serie de preguntas en relación al tema principal, el circuito inclusivo, en el cual también se consideró a un grupo de personas con discapacidad puesto que ellos son los más actos para responder las preguntas. Los resultados arrojan que los atractivos identificados para el circuito, en su mayoría no tienen las facilidades correspondientes para el usuario con alguna discapacidad, sea motriz, auditiva, entre otras, siendo estos los atractivos más llamativos del cantón, por su belleza, importancia, historia, no existe un manejo por parte de las autoridades con el fin de mejorarlos para el fin turístico, las encuestas arrojan que las personas están interesadas en viajar, en conocer más sobre su tierra, y en que se tome en cuenta a las personas con discapacidad, para que puedan disfrutar de los atractivos y riquezas del cantón, con seguridad, accesibilidad económica y otros factores, para ello se diseñó el circuito inclusivo y que fue socializado con las ciudadanía empalmense en pro de su beneficio, elaborando a su vez un Full Day. En conclusión, el cantón El Empalme tiene todo para ser un destino turístico potencial inclusivo, pero sin las medidas de gestión pertinente no serían posible el desarrollo, el cual abrirá nuevas plazas de empleo, nuevos proyectos, que traerían muy buenos beneficios al cantón.
