| dc.description | Administrative management is a fundamental part of the companies, with which short, medium and long term goals can be achieved, at present, this action should be considered as the main tool for the company to stay in the market and minimize the risk due to the pandemic in which the world is. This research project aims to determine the administrative management and its socioeconomic impact due to COVID-19 in the interprovincial passenger transportation "La Maná" period 2020. The pandemic has had a great impact on the economic and social environment of each of the members, considering that there are large investments in improving the vehicle fleet, since 62% of the members have made their own investment and 27% with bank financing for the acquisition of their transport units; in addition, this economic activity is the livelihood for their families. This process allowed to know and describe the problem in depth, supported by the collection of data, both from primary and secondary sources, focusing then on the analysis and processing of the information obtained, the same that can be applicable and a starting point for future research, it was possible to know what are the weak or strong points from that to generate strategies that allow its economic revival, to adapt to the new normality; biosafety standards are those that prevail at this time, the social distancing that seeks to mitigate a little the increase of contagions. It is considered that the degree of satisfaction of the internal users with the actions taken by the Manager during the sanitary emergency has been fundamental; it is recommended to implement a strategic plan for the institution, applying a series of measures with which the Board of Directors should manage this crisis of Covid-19, being the main objective to reduce to the maximum its negative effects. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La gestión administrativa es parte fundamental de las empresas, con la cual se pueden alcanzar metas a corto, mediano y largo plazo, en la actualidad, esta acción debe considerarse como la principal herramienta para que la empresa se mantenga en el mercado y minimizar el riesgo por la pandemia en la que se encuentra el mundo. La pandemia ha generado grandes impactos en el ámbito económico y social, de cada uno de los socios, considerando que existen de por medio grandes inversiones destinadas a mejorar el parque automotor, pues el 62% de los socios han realizado inversión propia y el 27% con financiamiento bancario para la adquisición de sus unidades de transporte; además, esta actividad económica es el sustento para las familias.; este proceso permitió conocer y describir el problema a profundidad, apoyado por la recolección de datos, tanto de fuentes primarias, como secundarias, enfocándose luego al análisis y procesamiento de la información obtenida, la misma que puede ser aplicable y un punto de partida para futuras investigaciones, se pudo conocer cuáles son los puntos débiles o fuertes a partir de aquello generar estrategias que permitan su reactivación económica, para adaptarse a la nueva normalidad; las normas de bioseguridad son las que predominan en esta época, el distanciamiento social que busca mitigar un poco el incremento de contagios. Se considera que el grado de satisfacción en los usuarios internos, frente a las acciones realizadas por el Gerente durante la emergencia sanitaria ha sido fundamental; se recomienda implementar un plan estratégico para la institución, aplicando una serie de medidas con las que debe gestionar el Consejo de Administración frente a esta crisis del Covid-19, siendo el principal objetivo reducir al máximo sus efectos negativos. | es_ES |
