Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación se ejecutó en el cantón Quevedo, provincia de Los Ríos, siendo el objetivo general implementar una página web de gastronomía peruana en dicho cantón, para ofertar platillos peruanos con servicio a domicilio, y así posicionar a la gastronomía peruana en el mercado local. Logrando resultados óptimos para la creación de la página, la cual se elaboró con el dominio www.cuperchef.com logrando un diseño interactivo, profesional y llamativo para los usuarios. Se plantearon los tres objetivos específicos los cuales se cumplieron de la siguiente manera; en el primer objetivo se midió el nivel de aceptación de la página web, mediante la aplicación de una encuesta de diez preguntas; el rango de edad, el sector de procedencia, estaría de acuerdo con la creación de la página web, si ha degustado comida peruana, los platillos peruanos que le gustaría conseguir en el cantón Quevedo, el gasto promedio, la frecuencia de compra, el uso de plataformas digitales, los aplicativos móviles que utiliza para adquirir sus alimentos, si compraría almuerzos en plataformas digitales con servicio a domicilio y si conoce algún restaurante peruano en el Ecuador. El segundo objetivo es la identificación de los contenidos mediante las fotografías de la preparación de los platillos, recetarios, diseño de logotipo con la aplicación Tailor Brands y finalmente el tercer objetivo que es el diseño de la página web que se realizó con el servidor de hosting Go Daddy y la aplicación Wordpress mediante plantillas preestablecidas, y las funciones de diseño. Concluyendo que la implementación de la página web tiene un diseño interactivo, práctico y está entrelazada con las redes sociales más utilizadas en la actualidad, así mismo permitirá un acercamiento a la información de la gastronomía peruana en el cantón Quevedo.

This research project developed in the Quevedo Canton, province of Los Ríos, the general objective is to create Peruvian gastronomy’s web page to offer this kind of dishes with delivery’s service and like this increase positioning of Peruvian gastronomy in the local market. Achieving optimal results for the creation of the webpage with the domain www.cuperchef.com. The design is interactive, professional and attractive to users that surfing in the webpage. Three specific objectives were considered, as follows. The first objective measured the level of acceptance of the webpage through the application of a survey with ten questions, age, sector where live, if would agree whit the creation Peruvian gastronomy´s webpage, if you have tasted Peruvian food once time, which Peruvian dishes would you like to get in the Quevedo canton, average spending, frequency of purchase, if you utilize digital’s platform, the cellphone apps that use to buy food, if you would buy lunch in digital platform whit service delivery and if you know some Peruvian restaurant in Ecuador. The second objective is the identification of the contents through the dishes’ pictures that cooked, cookbook, the design of logo in the app Tailor Brands and finally the third objective that is the webpage´s design it achieved in the hosting server Goo Daddy and the app Wordpress through template pre - established and design´s functions. To conclude that creation of webpage has a design interactive, useful and it to connect with social networks more used in the last time, just like that would improve the approach of Peruvian gastronomy in the Quevedo canton.
