| dc.description | This research will be carried out with the purpose of assessing the Administrative Management - Financial in the productivity and profitability of the Company Industrial Mechanics "Ordóñez", this company has as fundamental end manufacture, market and distribute agro-industrial machinery for the city and the country. The company has 19 years in the market, by what is considered to be one of the most representatives of the market bidder of agro-industrial machines in this city. The problem that is emphasized in this analysis, it is noted that over the past two years this company has remained static in the market causing a competitive disadvantage; their costs have increased but its economic profit have been considerably reduced, by limiting the actions of the company. With the above, the purpose of this research is to discover why the productivity and profitability are not satisfactory to the company, given that this organization has a solid base of clients and has a good image with its suppliers to meet their payments in a timely manner. For the processing and analysis of results were used computer programs that facilitated the processing of the information collected and provided the data for the respective test of the hypothesis. As a result, it was determined that is currently managing their administrative and financial processes in an empirical manner, which generates a stagnation in the growth of the organization. In addition, the employees of this company are unhappy because they are not affiliated with the Social Security services or earn a remuneration according to their employment prospects. By means of the investigation, it was noted that the company does not have an operating manual which causes in some occasions there is duplication of functions in the workers or to its time generated delays in the delivery of the machinery requested. As a solution to the problem the design of an Operating Manual which seeks to improve and implement the training of human talent in this organization is proposed. The proposal suggested improvement, it has been the need to reformulate the mission, vision, organizational goals, institutional securities and other administrative policies of the Company that allow institutional development of this organization. In addition, it is proposed to develop programs concerning the fulfillment of the rights of workers, implementation of a computerized accounting system and the processes of production machinery in order to optimize the resources of the company are detailed. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de evaluar la Gestión Administrativa – Financiera en la productividad y rentabilidad de la Empresa Mecánica Industrial “Ordóñez”, esta empresa tiene como fin fundamental fabricar, comercializar y distribuir maquinarias agroindustriales para la ciudad y al país. La empresa cuenta con 19 años en el mercado, por lo que se la considera una de las más representativas del mercado ofertante de máquinas agroindustriales en esta ciudad. Del problema que se destaca en este análisis, se señala el que durante los dos últimos años esta empresa se ha mantenido estática en el mercado ocasionando una desventaja competitiva; sus costos se han incrementado pero sus utilidades económicas se han reducido considerablemente, limitando el accionar de la empresa. Con lo anteriormente expuesto, el propósito de esta investigación es descubrir porque la productividad y la rentabilidad no son satisfactorias para la empresa, dado que esta organización cuenta con una base sólida de clientes y posee una buena imagen ante sus proveedores al cumplir con sus pagos de forma puntual. Para el procesamiento y análisis de resultados se utilizaron programas informáticos que facilitaron el procesamiento de la información recopilada y proporcionaron los datos para la respectiva comprobación de la hipótesis planteada.Como resultado, se determinó que en la actualidad se está manejando sus procesos administrativos y financieros de manera empírica, lo que genera un estancamiento en el crecimiento de la organización. Además, los empleados de esta Empresa se encuentran disconformes debido a que no se encuentran afiliados a los servicios de Seguridad Social ni ganan una remuneración de acuerdo a sus expectativas laborales. Por medio de la investigación realizada, se observó que en el funcionamiento de la Empresa en algunas ocasiones exista duplicidad de funciones en los trabajadores o a su vez se generan demoras en la entrega de las maquinarias solicitadas. Como solución al problema planteado se propone el diseño de un Manual Operativo el cual busca mejorar e implementar la formación y capacitación del talento humano de esta organización. En la propuesta de mejoramiento sugerida, se ha visto la necesidad de la reformulación de la misión, visión, objetivos organizacionales, valores institucionales y otras políticas administrativos de la Empresa que permitan el desarrollo institucional de esta organización. Además, se propone desarrollar programas referentes al cumplimiento de los derechos de los trabajadores, implementación de un sistema contable informático y se detallan los procesos de producción de las maquinarias con el fin de optimizar los recursos propios de la Empresa. | es_ES |
