| dc.description | The present research on the theme: "The measures of protection against violence to women and the family and the right to justice and gender equality" has developed in its six chapters, which are detailed below: Chapter I, I am talking about the problem, including its problematic, formulation and delimitation, so too has the justification, general objectives and specific, the hypothesis with their variables, dependent and independent, and finally the resources that have been used for embodiment of the present investigation. Chapter II refers to the theoretical framework, which has been collected multiple criteria of national and foreign authors, speaking about violence to women and the family, partner and legal developments regarding the right to justice as gender equity and its current situation, it also includes legislation and jurisprudence. In chapter III, the methodology used in the research is described; the methods used, the types of research, people, samples techniques and instruments used in data collection. Chapter IV contains the analysis and interpretation of results regarding the research hypothesis. Chapter V is the research findings and recommendations. Chapter VI finally contains the proposal, the same as it is structured by a history, rationale, aims and objectives, description and development of the proposal, beneficiaries and social impact. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación cuyo tema es: “Las medidas de amparo contra la violencia a la mujer y a la familia y el derecho a la justicia como equidad de género”, contiene su desarrollado en seis capítulos, los que a continuación se detallan: El capítulo I, habla sobre el problema, que incluye su problematización, formulación y delimitación, así también consta la justificación, objetivos generales y los específicos, la hipótesis con sus variables, dependiente e independiente y por último los recursos que se han utilizado para la realización de la presente investigación. El capítulo II, hace referencia al marco teórico, en el que se ha recogido múltiples criterios de autores nacionales y extranjeros, que hablan respecto de la violencia a la mujer y a la familia, y la evolución socio jurídica en cuanto al derecho a la justicia como equidad de género y su situación actual, también incluye la legislación y jurisprudencia. En capítulo III, se describe la metodología utilizada en la investigación; los métodos aplicados, los tipos de investigación, la población, las muestras las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la recolección de datos. El capítulo IV, contiene el análisis e interpretación de resultados en relación con la hipótesis de la investigación. El capítulo V, trata de las conclusiones de la investigación y sus recomendaciones. El capítulo VI, finalmente contiene la propuesta, la misma que está estructurada por un antecedente, justificación, objetivos generales y específicos, descripción y desarrollo de la propuesta, beneficiarios e impacto social. | es_ES |
