Resumen
En la empresa industrial TECNIAGRO se llevó a cabo el presente análisis de caso enfocado a optimizar el proceso de fabricación de la máquina secadora de cacao; se inició analizando la situación actual del proceso, donde se evidenció que el 92,31% de las actividades se realizan frecuentemente y el 84,61% requieren supervisión; se puede considerar que existen un 15% de actividades que no agregan valor al proceso.
El tiempo estándar se calculó aplicando el estándar de la General Electric Company para el número de ciclos, el método de nivelación para la valoración del ritmo de trabajo y los suplementos y holguras establecido por la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, donde se obtuvo un tiempo de 6140.7 minutos, el mismo que comparado con el takt time que es de 329143 segundos por unidad genera una brecha negativa del 10.4%, repercutiendo en que la empresa no podría cumplir con la demanda.

In the industrial company TECNIAGRO the present case analysis was carried out focused on optimizing the manufacturing process of the cocoa drying machine; it began by analyzing the current situation of the process, where it was evidenced that 92.31% of the activities are performed frequently and 84.61% require supervision; it can be considered that there are 15% of activities that do not add value to the process.
The standard time was calculated by applying the General Electric Company's standard for the number of cycles, the leveling method for the valuation of the work rhythm and the supplements and slacks established by the International Labor Organization, where a time of 6140.7 minutes was obtained, which compared with the takt time of 329143 seconds per unit generates a negative gap of 10.4%, which means that the company could not meet the demand.
