Abstract
En el siguiente trabajo se ha elaborado un Sistema de Información con Aplicación Móvil para el Control Administrativo de la empresa Servicios Pecuarios Véliz, cuyo campo de acción es el área administrativa por lo que se hizo un estudio sobre los principales campos problemáticos que afronta la empresa en el proceso de su información de registro de clientes y mascotas.
Se determinó la necesidad de construir un software que se pueda obtener un mejor control de cada uno de los clientes que visitan la empresa para el respectivo tratamiento de sus mascotas.
Se utilizó la metodología Crystal Clear que es un proceso de iteraciones de desarrollo de software, esta metodología ha sido el pilar fundamental para desarrollar cada una de las etapas por el cual esta conformado el software, también se desarrolla un análisis del contexto que se realizó al iniciar el proceso de la investigación de campo esto permitió conocer los procesos y flujos de la información actual de la empresa.
El sistema de información ha sido desarrollado usando las herramientas Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2008 y Base de Datos SQL Server, permitiendo al sistema realizar las siguientes funciones: ingreso y registro de datos de los clientes y mascotas, genera la historia clínica y control de la mascota, reporte del tratamiento de la mascota, reporte de los medicamentos en existencia.
En resumen, este sistema de información con aplicación móvil permitirá al gerente de la empresa llevar un mejor Control Administrativo, y mantener actualizada la información de los clientes y sus mascotas.
Description
In the following work has developed an information system with Mobile Application for the Administrative Control of the Livestock Services company Véliz, whose field of action is the administrative area so it became a study on the major problem areas facing the company in the process of your registration information to clients and pets.
Is also made and identified the need to build a software that will be able to get a better control of each of the customers who visit the company for the respective treatment of your pets.
Used the methodology Crystal Clear that is a process of iterations of development of software, this methodology has been the pillar fundamental to develop each one of the stages by which this conformed the software, also develops an analysis of the context that realized when initiating the process of the investigation of field perdition know the processes and flows of the current information of the company.
The system of information has been developed using the tools Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2008 And Base of Data SQL Server, allowing to the system realize the following functions: entry and register of data of the clients and pets, generates the clinical history and control of the pet, report of the treatment of the pet, report of the medicines in existence.
In summary, this system of information with mobile application will allow to the gerent of the company carry a better Administrative Control, and maintain updated the information of the clients and his pets.
