| dc.description | The purpose of this research was to evaluate the asexual reproduction of Cordia alliodora with three types of substrates and plant growth regulators, from which data were obtained, with the realization of a temporary greenhouse located in the “The María Experimental Farm, extension of the UTEQ ", In which the stakes were selected and cut to 20 cm long, these stakes were obtained at the" Finca La Represa "owned by the UTEQ. Finally, different doses of growth hormones were applied, awaiting results, which had a total time of 30 days. Allowing this research to determine the influence of the substrate, growth regulators in the rooting time of young laurel cuttings. The research entitled "asexual evaluation of Cordia alliodora (Ruiz & Pav.) Oken (White laurel) with three types of substrates and plant growth regulators", identified that in the sand substrate the treatment 1500 mgkg-1 ANA + 1500 mgkg-1 AIB was the one that stood out the best, obtaining the lowest mortality rate with 10% dead and 90% alive, therefore, in the same sand substrate, the highest number of roots was obtained, the total average was 12 roots, with 0.24% in the total of the planted explants. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tubo como finalidad Evaluar la reproducción asexual de Cordia alliodora con tres tipos de sustratos y reguladores del crecimiento vegetal, de la cual se obtuvieron datos, con la realización de un invernadero temporal ubicado en la “Finca Experimental La María extensión de la UTEQ”, en la cual se procedió a seleccionar las estacas y cortarlas a 20 cm de largo, estas estacas se obtuvieron en la “Finca La Represa” propiedad de la UTEQ por último se aplicaron distintas dosis de hormonas de crecimiento, esperando resultados, lo cual tuvo un tiempo de total de 30 días. Permitiendo así esta investigación determinar la influencia del sustrato, reguladores del crecimiento en el tiempo de enraizamiento de estacas juveniles de laurel. La investigación titulada “evaluación asexual de Cordia alliodora (Ruiz & Pav.) Oken (Laurel blanco) con tres tipos de sustratos y reguladores de crecimiento vegetal”, identificó que en el sustrato arena el tratamiento 1500 mgkg AIB fue el que mejor destacó, obteniendo el índice más bajo de mortalidad con un 10% muertas y 90% vivas, por lo consiguiente, en el mismo sustrato arena, se obtuvo la mayor cantidad de números de raíces, el promedio total fue de 12 raíces, con un 0,24% en el total de los explantes plantados. Se llegó a determinar que el mejor sustrato fue arena, utilizando la dosis de hormona 1500 mgkg -1 ANA + 1500 mgkg -1 -1 ANA + 1500 mgkg -1 AIB.
