| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se analiza la Gestión Administrativa y su relación con los Procesos Internos del Departamento Financiero del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón El Empalme y plantea una propuesta que evite los riesgos que podrían ocurrir, debido a una inadecuada administración en el área financiera, se presenta la descripción del problema en forma detallada, la problemática y lo que puede involucrar, como la formulación y la sistematización del problema, se enunciaron los objetivos general y específicos y se presenta la respectiva justificación En la fundamentación teórica se enmarca en las variables de los objetivos, y se detallan a través de los marcos conceptual y referencial relacionados con los conceptos y teorías relevantes encontradas en libros. En la determinación de la metodología se identifican los métodos, los tipos, las técnicas y las fuentes de información, la población y muestra de referencia utilizadas para alcanzar los objetivos planteados. Seguidamente se establecen los resultados obtenidos a través de una investigación directa en el GAD Municipal del cantón El Empalme, donde se obtiene el criterio del Sr Alcalde y del Jefe Financiero a través de entrevista realizada sobre lo que se quiere alcanzar mediante este estudio, además se realiza una encuesta al personal de la institución y se pone a consideración una propuesta sobre un modelo de gestión administrativa y financiera para la institución. Finalmente se presentan las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes, estableciendo lo que se ha logrado y las medidas que se debería implementar para cumplir con los objetivos a través del estudio. | es_ES |
