Abstract
En este trabajo se aplicaron los conceptos de manual de funciones y planeación estratégica en la empresa AVICCO la cual pretende implementar un manual de funciones para crecer aun más su potencial comercial y económico en la ciudad de Quevedo. El manual de funciones es una herramienta administrativa que ayuda a analizar los perfiles por puestos de trabajo en su entorno micro y macro, cuando una empresa plantea buscar crecimiento en un mercado.
Dado lo anterior, se realiza un estudio en la empresa AVICCO, dedicada a la comercialización de carnes en el mercado de la ciudad de Quevedo.
El estudio fue ejecutado a partir del planteamiento de deficiencias y potencialidades para la empresa y con base en esto, proponer un manual de funciones pertinente para la empresa.
El alcance del trabajo es hasta la empresa AVICCO y a todas aquellas personas empresas o instituciones interesadas en ejecutar un trabajo similar. El resultado del estudio académico, que para el caso es un manual de funciones para la empresa, será presentado a los propietarios de la empresa, quienes evaluarán su implementación. Además, el trabajo servirá como modelo para otros trabajos de grado o empresas con características parecidas a las de la empresa AVICCO.

In this work we applied the concepts of manual functions and strategic planning AVICCO company which intends to implement a manual functions to further grow its business and economic potential in the city of Quevedo. The manual function is an administrative tool that helps analyze the profiles for jobs in micro and macro environment, when a company raises growth in a market search.
Given this, it is a study in AVICCO company dedicated to the marketing of meat in the market town of Quevedo.
The study was performed from weaknesses and potential approach for the company and based on this, propose a relevant manual functions for the company.
The scope of work is to AVICCO company and all those companies or institutions interested in carrying out similar work. The result of academic study, which in this case is a manual functions for the company, will be presented to the owners of the company, who will evaluate its implementation. In addition, work will serve as a model for other jobs or business degree with characteristics similar to those of the company AVICCO.
One of the measures, the government's most important is that public institutions, working with the motto of "transparency", ie activities by the aforementioned public, can be observed by the citizens of each locality.
