| dc.description | The research was conducted in the city of Quevedo in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Hospital, in order to conduct an audit of the management of Human Resource area of the body and determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness with which the assigned activities are met. The investigation process is structured in different chapters, divided into five phases, for which a fictitious audit firm is designed. In the methodological process used types of research have been campy and bibliography, which have contributed to the formation of relevant information related to the audit process of human talent and the methods used were synthetic, analytical, deductive and inductive, selecting as audit procedure the method of internal control COSO I, in which a total of 15 questions distributed appropriately resulting determines a risk level of 17% control was designed, the inherent risk has been calculated based on a weighting matrix Four factors can affect the smooth running of the organization, which determine 60% risk and the risk of detection was set at 23%, for a risk audit of 2.34%, finally among the findings is They include: Lack of human resources in different areas of the organization, inadequate work environment, poor communication between the area of human talent and staff of the institution and inadequate distribution of roles. | dc.description.abstract | La investigación se desarrolló en la Ciudad de Quevedo en el Hospital Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, con el objetivo de realizar una auditoría de gestión al área de Talento Humano de la entidad y determinar el nivel de eficiencia y eficacia con que se cumplen las actividades asignadas. El proceso de la investigación está estructurado por diferentes capítulos, divido en cinco fases, para el cual se diseña una firma auditora ficticia. En el proceso metodológico los tipos de investigación utilizados han sido bibliográfica y de campo, los cuales han contribuido en la formación de la información pertinente relacionada al proceso de auditoría de talento humano y los métodos utilizados han sido sintético, analítico, deductivo e inductivo, seleccionando como procedimiento de auditoría el método de control interno COSO I, en el cual se diseñó un total de 15 preguntas debidamente distribuidas cuyo resultado determina un nivel de riesgo de control del 17%, el riesgo inherente ha sido calculado en función de una matriz de ponderación de cuatro factores que pueden afectar el buen desarrollo de la entidad, los cuales determinan un 60% de riesgo y el riesgo de detección se estableció en un 23%, para obtener un riesgo de auditoría del 2,34%, finalmente entre los hallazgos encontrados se encuentran: Falta de talento humano en las diferentes áreas de la entidad, inadecuado ambiente de trabajo, escasa comunicación entre el área de Talento Humano y el personal de la entidad e inadecuada distribución de las funciones. Mediante los resultados obtenidos en la Auditoría de Gestión realizada se plantearon conclusiones y recomendaciones que sirvan y ayuden a la dirección a conocer la situación que vive la entidad y de esta manera tomar los correctivos pertinentes. | es_ES |
