| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal establecer los costos y gastos para determinar la factibilidad del plan de negocio para la creación de un centro terapéutico de biomagnetismo en el cantón La Maná, año 2014. El centro terapéutico de biomagnetismo tiene como finalidad ofrecer una diversificación de terapias alternativa orientada a la salud física, mental y emocional, brindar un servicio de calidad a través de un personal responsable y capacitado, con precios competitivos y considerando la situación económica de los habitantes del cantón La Maná. El negocio se constituirá con el nombre de April Center S.A., bajo la denominación de compañía anónima que permitirá la captación de futuros inversionistas interesados. El estudio de mercado nos demuestra que el 89,9% de los encuestados acepta la idea del plan de negocio considerando este porcentaje se obtiene que la demanda es de 16.973 clientes, es necesario que el centro terapéutico en el año brinde sus servicios a 11.450clientes para que no exista perdida, considerando una estimación en el precio, cada servicio tendrá un costo de $12,50, por cada terapia a través del estudio técnico se estable que el negocio está ubicado en la Av. 19 de Mayo entre Eugenio Espejo siendo un punto estratégico para la captación de clientes. El índice de evaluación muestra que TIR del proyecto alcanza el 31,96%, superando la tasa de interés del 20,84%, demostrando que el negocio es factible, también nos manifiesta que se recupera la inversión en el primer año de operación. | es_ES |
