| dc.description | The following research present an integral solution for sales force and collection for ORIENTAL INDUSTRIA ALIMENTICIA CIA LTDA, a company located in the city of Quevedo, dedicated to the development and marketing of food products; where the agency of Quevedo is the primary focus of this work. Based on a mobile architecture, and through the development of a system of sales force automation, interconnected by business objects provided by the system ERP, will optimize the performance of business productivity by providing the necessary tools that allow business continuity in any place, time and circumstance. Allows the sales and distribution staff use their time more efficiently and more effectively optimizing their daily processes, providing control of all their activities and giving all the information necessary to accomplish its work, and also manages the results of the accounts receivable. This research is justified because it has theoretical value, practical, social relevance, economic opportunity, for your convenience and based on net income it generates. Using scientific methodology is verified the advantages of this work by increasing performance and reducing costs, the study population consists of all staff of the agency Quevedo, where is analizes the currents processes and the impact of the SFA system implementation. | dc.description.abstract | La siguiente investigación presenta una solución integral para la fuerza de venta y cobranza para ORIENTAL INDUSTRIA ALIMENTICIA CIA LTDA, una empresa radicada en la ciudad de Quevedo, dedicada a la elaboración y comercialización de productos alimenticios; siendo la agencia Quevedo, el primer enfoque de este trabajo. Basado en una arquitectura móvil, y a través del desarrollo de un sistema de automatización de fuerza de ventas, intercomunicado mediante objetos de negocio proporcionado por su sistema ERP; optimizará el cumplimiento de la productividad comercial, brindando las herramientas necesarias que permitirá la continuidad del negocio en cualquier lugar, momento y circunstancia. Permite al personal de ventas y reparto utilizar su tiempo de manera más eficiente y más eficaz optimizando sus procesos diarios, proporcionando el control de todas sus actividades y dándoles toda la información necesaria para cumplir su labor, y además administra los resultados de las cuentas por cobrar. Esta investigación se justifica por cuanto posee valor teórico, utilidad práctica, relevancia social, posibilidad económica, por su conveniencia y en base a los beneficios netos que genera. Mediante la metodología científica se comprueba las ventajas de este trabajo aumentando el rendimiento y reduciendo los costos, la población del estudio está formada por todo el personal de la agencia Quevedo, donde se analiza los procesos actuales y la incidencia de la implementación del sistema SFA. La innovación de la movilidad empresarial provee los instrumentos estratégicos precisos para construir y fomentar sólidamente las relaciones con los clientes, proporciona información acerca del mercado y su competencia y gestiona la venta de manera dinámica y ágil. | es_ES |
