| dc.description | The present titled investigation "LABOR SITUATION OF THE HARD-WORKING WOMAN IN THE PERIOD OF NURSING AND THEIR INCIDENCE IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES", he/she has as main objective to Argue the necessity a norm that protects the hard-working woman in the period of nursing to guarantee its labor stability to settle down legally. The present investigation work consists of 6 Chapters that are detailed next: The Chapter I, corresponds to the problem in which the Problematización is presented, making an analysis especially at international, national and local level, as well as the field delimitation, area, aspect, space and time where the investigation was developed. In the Chapter II, we have the Theoretical Marco that begins with the investigative and historical antecedents, the artificial and legal foundation, in which the incidence of the topic was analyzed in the new mark Ecuadorian legislative, the normative sustenance that consists in the different laws and they support the investigation process legally. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación titulada “SITUACIÓN LABORAL DE LA MUJER TRABAJADORA EN EL PERÍODO DE LACTANCIA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LOS PRINCIPIOS CONSTITUCIONALES”, tiene como objetivo principal Argumentar jurídicamente la necesidad de establecer una norma que proteja a la mujer trabajadora en el período de lactancia para garantizar su estabilidad laboral. El presente trabajo de investigación consta de 6 Capítulos que se detallan a continuación: El Capítulo I, corresponde al problema en el que se presenta la Problematización, haciendo especialmente un análisis a nivel internacional, nacional y local, así como también la delimitación de campo, área, aspecto, espacio y tiempo donde se desarrolló la investigación. En el Capítulo II, tenemos el Marco Teórico, que inicia con los antecedentes investigativos e históricos, la fundamentación jurídica y legal, en la cual se analizó la incidencia del tema en el nuevo marco legislativo ecuatoriano, el sustento normativo que consta en las diferentes leyes y apoyan jurídicamente el proceso de investigación. | es_ES |
