| dc.description | The audit of administrative today it is necessary, important in the development of the activities of a company, for it is only through this process that the management company can have more control of various operations, allowing early detection errors or deviations that might affect their normal development. The present investigation was developed in the Union of Professional Drivers of the canton Buena Fe, in order to execute a management audit administrative system and check the compliance of internal control, analyze the impact of programs and projects on economic performance institutional and file a report with the findings. This study is structured chapters, the fourth chapter which includes the execution of the audit to the administrative system and for which a fictitious audit firm, which is called ORTEGA & ASSOCIATES, Independent Auditors is designed. For development of the audit was necessary to examine the administrative activities of the Union of Professional Drivers of the canton Buena Fe through the evaluation of selected internal control COSO I method, in which a questionnaire with 30 questions which were designed was designed in function of the five main components of this method, which was able to obtain a confidence level of 65% and a risk level of 35%. For calculating the risk inherent in a weight matrix whose value corresponds to 13.75% obtained was designed, the risk of detection under audit work performed was set at 15%, each of these percentages allowed to calculate the audit risk which determine a risk of 0.78375 which is considered low. Finally an audit report is developed as final outcome of the investigation in which the following findings were obtained: Weak diffusion of the mission, vision and corporate values, Absence of techniques to identify risks, efficacious Breach of Union established budget. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se desarrolló en el Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Cantón Buena Fe, con el objetivo de ejecutar una auditoría de gestión al sistema administrativo y comprobar el grado de cumplimiento del control interno, analizar la incidencia de los programas y proyectos en el rendimiento económico institucional y presentar un informe de gestión con los hallazgos encontrados. Este estudio está estructurado por capítulos, siendo el capítulo cuatro el que comprende la ejecución de la auditoría de gestión al sistema administrativo y para el que se diseñó una firma auditora ficticia, la cual lleva por nombre ORTEGA & ASOCIADOS, Auditores Independientes. El proceso metodológico empleado en la investigación ha sido de tipo inductivo, descriptivo y analítico, estableciendo el método COSO I como técnica de auditoría, para el que se estructuró un cuestionario con 30 preguntas las cuales fueron diseñadas en función de los cinco principales componentes de este método, del que se logró obtener un nivel de riesgo del 35% considerado como bajo, lo cual permite determinar la aprobación de la hipótesis planteada: “La ausencia de una auditoría de gestión administrativa impide la oportuna aplicación de correctivos en los distintos procesos administrativos y operativos”. Finalmente se elabora un informe de auditoría como resultado final de la investigación en el que se obtuvieron los siguientes hallazgos: Escasa difusión de la misión, visión y valores corporativos, Ausencia de técnicas para identificar riesgos, Incumplimiento eficaz del presupuesto establecido por el Sindicato. | es_ES |
