| dc.description | This legal research entitled "NOTIFICATION BY THE PRESS IN THE PROCESS OF OKAY, BREACH THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO THE DEFENSE OF WORKER" with its respective proposal, "REFORM THE PARAGRAPH 7 OF ARTICLE 42 OF THE CODE OF WORK" , I made in order to solve the serious problem in some social by crossing the Ecuadorian worker. This Legal research is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, it was the main part of the problem for knowledge and for the purpose it was necessary to propose the following hypothesis: "The amendment to paragraph 7 of Article 42 of the Labor Code. The second chapter, refers to the theoretical framework in aspects: historical, doctrinal and legal. In the third chapter describes the methodology used in the research at hand, the methods used, the types of research, population, sample techniques and instruments used in data collection. In the fourth chapter tests the hypothesis through research results obtained through interviews to judge the work as well as the Labour Inspector of Rivers based Quevedo, plus surveys of lawyers in free practice , which are called without any consideration violated the rights of workers. The fifth chapter describes the conclusions and recommendations. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación jurídica titulado “LA NOTIFICACION POR LA PRENSA, DENTRO DEL TRAMITE DE VISTO BUENO, VULNERA EL DERECHO CONSTITUCIONAL A LA DEFENSA DEL TRABAJADOR”, con su propuesta respectiva; “REFORMAR EL NUMERAL 7 DEL ARTÍCULO 42 DEL CODIGO DEL TRABAJO”, se lo realiza con el objeto de solucionar en algo el grave problema social por el que atraviesa el trabajador ecuatoriano, Esta Investigación jurídica está estructurada en seis capítulos. En el primer capítulo, se trató la parte principal para el conocimiento del problema y para el efecto, fue necesario plantear la siguiente hipótesis: “Con la reforma al numeral 7 del Art. 42 del Código de Trabajo. El segundo capítulo, hace referencia al marco teórico, en los aspectos: histórico, doctrinario y jurídico. En el tercer capítulo se describe la metodología utilizada en la investigación que nos ocupa; los métodos aplicados, los tipos de investigación, la población, las muestras las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la recolección de datos. En el cuarto capítulo se comprueba la hipótesis a través de los resultados de la investigación obtenidos mediante entrevistas al juez del trabajo, así como al Inspector del Trabajo de los Ríos con sede en Quevedo, además de las encuestas realizadas a los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional, que conocen como son vulnerados sin ninguna consideración los derechos de los trabajadores. El quinto capítulo describe las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
