| dc.description | The objective of this study project was to evaluate the effect of pruning and phytohormones on the growth and development of the bell pepper crop under drip irrigation conditions. The research was carried out at the university campus "La María" of the State Technical University of Quevedo. The effect of two types of pruning (spanish pruning and dutch pruning) and phytohormones (with and without phytohormones) were evaluated. | |
| dc.description.abstract | En el Ecuador, el cultivo de pimiento (Capsicum annuum L.) es una de las actividades más importantes de la producción hortícola, por lo que las prácticas de manejo son de vital importancia para mejorar la rentabilidad. El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación fue evaluar el efecto de poda y hormonas vegetales sobre el crecimiento y desarrollo del cultivo de pimiento, bajo condición de riego por goteo. La investigación se llevó a cabo en el campus universitario “La María”, predios de la Universidad técnica estatal de Quevedo. Se evaluaron dos tipos de poda (poda española y poda holandesa) y hormonas vegetales (con fitohormonas y sin fitohormonas). | |
