He pursued the following objectives: to analyze the current situation in the provision of transfer of passengers in the Mocache Canton, establish the elements of the investment plan, assess the viability of the investment plan for the institutional development of the cooperative taxi Mocachetax, to carry out the research project a sample of 380 respondents in this sample the town's taken after the completion of the sample size makes for an infinite population be used, the types of research that are handled are: exploratory field, literature and also the following, observatory, inductive, analytical and synthesis; together a diagnosis of cause and effect of the current situation of the cooperative dare surveys done for the user and interview makes the manager of the institution which provided an insight satisfied and unsatisfied demand in conclusion of agreements to result made it possible to meet little knowledge of the cooperative about making an investment plan, as it is inescapable making an investment to improve the services of the cooperative. However by not remodel the service could be affected cooperative, and this would cause other cooperatives covering the market segment that is being taken. This research is conducted not only in order to raise awareness of the processes that lead to the realization of an investment plan, but also for many companies know that by this study can improve the transport sector, strengthening many other cantons that do not have the remodeling of its services and develop their activities so empirically, based on the things that keep them handy. | dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de investigación “PLAN DE INVERSIÓN PARA EL DESARROLLO INSTITUCIONAL DE LA COOPERATIVA DE TAXIS MOCACHETAX, CANTÓN MOCACHE 2015-2016”. Persiguió los siguientes objetivos: analizar la situación actual en la prestación de servicios de traslado de los pasajeros en el Cantón Mocache, establecer los elementos del Plan de Inversión, conocer la viabilidad del plan de inversión para el desarrollo institucional de la Cooperativa de taxis Mocachetax, para la realización del proyecto de investigación se utilizó una muestra de 380 personas encuestadas dentro de la localidad esta muestra se la tomo luego de la realización de la fórmula tamaño de muestra por tratarse de un población infinita , los tipos de investigación que se manejaron son: exploratoria, de campo, bibliográfica y asimismo los siguientes métodos, observatorio, inductivo, analítico y de síntesis; conjuntamente se realizó un diagnostico entre causa y efecto de la situación actual de la cooperativa a través de encuestas realizados a los usuarios y entrevista realizada al gerente de la institución los cuales permitieron saber la demanda satisfecha e insatisfecha, en conclusión de acuerdo a los resultado permitió conocer el poco conocimiento de la cooperativa acerca de la elaboración de un plan de inversión, ya que es ineludible realizar una inversión para mejorar los servicios de la cooperativa. Sin embargo al no remodelar el servicio se podría ver afectada la cooperativa, ya que esto ocasionaría que otras cooperativas abarquen el segmento de mercado que se tiene. Está presente investigación no solo se realizó con la finalidad de dar a conocer los procesos que conllevan a la realización de un plan de inversión, sino también para que muchas entidades conozcan que mediante este estudio se puede mejorar el sector de transporte, fortaleciendo a muchos otros cantones que no cuentan con la remodelación de sus servicios y desarrollan sus actividades de forma empírica, basándose en las cosas que se tenga al alcance.
