| dc.description | Commercial Company SA Tecnicentro Eguiguren, it is a private company with a long history; it founded on July 23Th, 1975 and was the first company to offer tyres, lubricants, batteries and technical service of vehicles maintenance. This present study to design a "MANUAL INTERNAL CONTROL PROCEDURES FOR INVENTORY OF MERCHANDISE FOR THE COMCERIAL COMPANY S.A. TECNICENTRO EGUIGUREN QUEVEDO BRANCH, PERIOD 2011”, which will be of great benefit to the Company will be achieved for effective control of inventory of merchandise to ensure its protection and proper use and in turn allows the collection of information financial, timeliness and reliability needed to successfully lead the management of the Agency. In the research project used several methods and research techniques, which allowed collecting all the necessary information concerning the development of processes. A diagnosis was made in the areas that are related to inventory, and these are: Sales, Service and Storage and in which it was determined that there are four processes that do not develop efficiently and effectively mainly affecting inventory control. To subsequently based on these results to develop and support the proposal of a Manual Inventory Control. With the information obtained is concluded that the proposed hypothesis, whether true: “The design of Procedures Manual for internal control is the ideal mechanism to verify the stock of goods in the Commercial Company SA Tecnicentro Eguiguren, period 2011”, so that by setting its validity can be said that all staff to implement the proposed manual and following the guidelines may contribute in a better performance y optimal control from the inventory of the Agency. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Tecnicentro Eguiguren S.A. es una empresa privada con una larga trayectoria, fundada el 23 de julio de 1975, fue la primera empresa en brindar servicio de llantas lubricantes, baterías y servicio técnico de mantenimiento de vehículos. Debido a la acogida obtenida por parte de sus clientes, en el año 1993 decide establecer una segunda sucursal en Santo Domingo y nuevas sucursales en Babahoyo y Quevedo. El presente estudio tiene por objetivo diseñar un “MANUAL DE PROCEDIMIENTOS DE CONTROL INTERNO A INVENTARIO DE MERCADERIAS DE LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL TECNICENTRO EGUIGUREN S.A. DEL CANTON QUEVEDO, PROVINCIA DE LOS RIOS-PERIODO 2011, el cuál será de gran beneficio para la empresa con el que se logrará obtener un control eficaz del inventario de mercadería que garantice su protección y uso adecuado y a su vez permita la obtención de una información financiera, oportuna y confiable necesaria para llevar con éxito la gestión de la Agencia. En el proyecto de investigación se utilizaron varios métodos y técnicas de investigación, que permitieron recabar toda la información necesaria, referente al desarrollo de los procesos. Se realizó un diagnóstico en las áreas que tiene relación con el inventario, siendo éstas: Ventas, Servicio Técnico y Bodega y en las que se logró determinar que existen cuatro procesos que no se desarrollan de manera eficiente y que afectan principalmente el eficaz control del inventario. Para posteriormente en base a estos resultados elaborar y sustentar la propuesta de un Manual de Control de Inventarios. Con la información obtenida se llega a la conclusión de que la hipótesis planteada sí se cumple: “El diseño de Manual de Procedimientos de Control Interno es el mecanismo idóneo para constatar el stock de mercaderías en la Empresa Comercial Tecnicentro Eguiguren S.A., período 2011”, de manera que al establecer su validez se puede afirmar que todo el personal al aplicar el manual propuesto y siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos podrá contribuir en un mejor desempeño y el control óptimo del inventario de la Agencia. | es_ES |
