| dc.description | The present study was conducted in the La Maná Canton, province of Cotopaxi, sector La Playita, is located between the coordinates geographical 00 ° 49' 00 "South latitude and 78 ° 48'30" West longitude. The experimental work lasted for three months. The treatments under study were as follows: T1 = organic fertilizer Agropesa (50L ha-1) + Azotobacter spp.. (1 L ha-1); T2 = organic fertilizer Agropesa (50L ha-1) + Pseudomona fluorescens (1L ha-1); T3 = manure organic Biol (50L ha-1) + Azotobacter spp.. (1 L ha-1) and T4 = manure organic Biol (50L ha-1) + Pseudomona fluorescens (1L ha-1). We used the design of completely randomized blocks DBCA with a total of four treatments and five replications, whereupon 20 experimental units was obtained. The analysis of variance, the sources of variation that were significant. The results were: the best average plant height responds to treatment organic fertilizer Biol + Azotobacter spp., with 47.20 cm. Treating manure organic Agropesa + Azotobacter spp., obtained the highest value on diameter of tuber with 4.46 cm; weight of tuber with 146.10 g and yield per hectare with 1.46 t. Costs were represented by the inherent to each of fertilisers and Inoculants used, this is the cost of the Agropesa fertilizer and biol, supplies and labor, costs were 54.42 USD for each of the treatments. The most optimal utility came with treatment 1 compost Agropesa + Azotobacter spp., with 8.70 USD and the best benefit/cost relationship with 0.16. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se realizó en el Cantón La Maná, provincia de Cotopaxi, sector La Playita, se ubica entre las coordenadas geográficas 00º 49` 00`` latitud sur y 78º48`30`` longitud oeste. El trabajo experimental tuvo una duración de tres meses. Los tratamientos bajo estudio fueron los siguientes: T1 = Abono orgánico Agropesa (50L há-1) + Azotobacter spp. (1L ha-1); T2 = Abono orgánico Agropesa (50L há-1) + Pseudomona fluorescens (1L ha-1); T3 = Abono orgánico Biol (50L há-1) + Azotobacter spp. (1 L ha-1) y T4= Abono orgánico Biol (50L há-1) + Pseudomona fluorescens (1L ha-1). Se utilizó el diseño de bloques completamente al azar DBCA con un total de cuatro tratamientos y cinco repeticiones, con lo cual se obtuvo 20 unidades experimentales. Se realizó el análisis de varianza, de las fuentes de variación que resultaron significativas. Los resultados fueron: El mejor promedio en altura de planta responde al tratamiento abono orgánico Biol + Azotobacter spp., con 47.20cm. El tratamiento abono orgánico Agropesa + Azotobacter spp., obtuvo el mayor valor en diámetro de tubérculo con 4.46 cm; peso de tubérculo con 146.10 g y rendimiento por hectárea con 1.46 t.Los costos estuvieron representados por los inherentes a cada uno de los abonos e inoculantes empleados, esto es el costo del abono Agropesa y biol, insumos y mano de obra, los costos fueron de 54.42 USD para cada uno de los tratamientos. La utilidad más óptima se dio con tratamiento 1 Abono orgánico Agropesa + Azotobacter spp., con 8.70 USD y la mejor relación beneficio/costo con 0,16. | es_ES |
