Abstract
El análisis de factibilidad para la creación de la empresa “CMAC GPS” S.A. de servicios en diseño de planos en AutoCAD con tecnología GPS en el cantón valencia año 2012, se realizó en la provincia de Los Ríos, ciudad de Valencia en el año 2012, considerando como universo la población del cantón Valencia 42.556 habitantes del cual se obtuvo una muestra de 67 contribuyentes urbanos y de 68 contribuyentes rurales, de la muestra mayor 6670 contribuyentes urbanos y 7609 contribuyentes rurales, que se refiere a los propietarios de lotes tanto urbanos y rurales que se encuentran registrados en el GAD Municipal del cantón Valencia.
Se planteó como objetivo General “Determinar la factibilidad para la creación de la empresa de servicios en diseño de planos en AutoCAD con tecnología GPS, ubicada en la ciudad de Valencia, a partir del año 2012”, a partir del análisis de factibilidad realizado de la empresa a crear, se identificó la oferta y demanda, lo cual permitió diseñar estrategias para el posicionamiento de la empresa.
Los métodos aplicados para el desarrollo de esta investigación son:
Método de análisis.- Permitió observar la oferta y la demanda existente en el mercado.
Método Lógico.- Permitió comprobar a través de una muestra, cual es la percepción actual por parte de los usuarios en la realización de levantamiento planimétrico en el cantón Valencia.
Observación.- Permitió obtener datos directos del objeto de estudio, en caso del Levantamiento planimétrico.
Encuesta.- Estuvo dirigida a los dueños de predios urbanos y rurales del cantón valencia, la misma que se realizó con el fin de obtener datos y resultados cuya interpretación permitió establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones acorde a la real situación de la empresa.

Questionnaire. - Was to direct the awner of property urban and rural of Canton Valencia the some what to realize. With the end of abatain data and result whose interpretation to allowed stablish to concluded and recommendaction according the real situation of the interprise.
Interview.- The some what is effected the public official of government autonomy out of centre of Canton Valencia for compilation the information to refer the perception What have this time of lapse of time sublimity planmeter and to determine the aspects positives and negatives of this lapse of times.
The results obtain this time of instrument to apply all the proprietary or awner of property so much urbans haw rurals what is encounter registred in the GAD Municipal of Canton Valencia a 20% percent of the property of sector urban and 15% percent of the property of sector rural actually receive services of assessor in plans in the cantón Valencia.
