Abstract
El diseño de éste proyecto se lo planteó para aprovechar las nuevas formas de hacer negocios, dejando de lado las empresas comerciales y las de producción, y enfocándose a la explotación de la principal riqueza que tiene el Ecuador que es el sector turístico, en nuestra provincia existen lugares turísticos que no son explotados, la creación de cabañas ecológicas, permitirá solucionar algunos problemas como son la generación de fuentes de trabajo, el incremento de turistas nacionales y extranjeros, desarrollo económico y social del Cantón La Maná. Además el gobierno nacional promueve y apoya el desarrollo de estas iniciativas turísticas por medio de préstamos para capital de trabajo que otorga la CFN y asesoramiento gratuito mediante capacitación en el Ministerio de Turismo.
Para conocer la factibilidad del proyecto se llevó a cabo los estudios de: mercado, técnico, administrativo, legal, de impacto ambiental y financiero. En el estudio de mercado se determinó, la demanda insatisfecha de este servicio y el mercado potencial, se analizó los precios.
Se estableció la factibilidad para la puesta en marcha de las cabañas ecológicas en la ciudad de La Maná. Este proyecto se realizó debido al interés que tienen algunos inversionistas de enfocar esfuerzos y recursos en la actividad del turismo y que le ratifique generar ingresos. En la actualidad este servicio, tiene una excelente aceptación en el mercado.
El estudio admite concluir que el proyecto es viable; se ha podido identificar el nivel de la demanda potencial en el área turística que responde a las expectativas del proyecto, así mismo, aprueba la recuperación de las inversiones y costos. Se lograron establecer los parámetros, legales, financieros, técnicos y comerciales que se deben de tener en cuenta para la implementación de las cabañas. El proyecto sirve como plan de negocios para ser presentado a los diferentes inversionistas, y por medio de ellos buscar recursos económicos que fomenten parte del proyecto.

The design of this project put it to exploit new ways of doing business, rather than on commercial enterprises and production, and focusing on the exploitation of the wealth that has the main Ecuador is the tourism sector in our province there are sights that are not exploited, and through the creation of ecological cabins, some problems such as the generation of jobs, increased domestic and foreign tourists, economic and social development of the Canton La Maná will be solved. The study supports the conclusion that the project is viable, has been able to identify the level of potential demand in tourism that meets the expectations of the project and it allows the recovery of investments and costs. The project serves as a business plan to be presented to different investors, and through them find financial resources to promote the project.
