| dc.description | The present investigation is focused on the development of an operative audit and its effect in the payment department of the judicial unit of FMNA (Family, Woman, Childhood and Adolescence) of the canton Quevedo, year 2017. During the year 2015 the department of pagaduría goes through a permanent change due to the implementation of the single system of alimony (SUPA) with him has facilitated the work and is responsible for everything related to alimony, but there are also a number of shortcomings such as the accumulation of trials, delays in the liquidations of alimony, the existence of returned values that are not being credited to the beneficiaries of the alimony payments, which causes discomfort in the external users. The investigation starts from the identification of the institutional problems, through interviews, questionnaires of internal control and flowchart of processes, which allows gathering information, for the definition of the methodology, intervention methods and techniques under which the implementation of the operational audit. As a result of the process of evaluation of its operations, made to the department of pagaduría aspires serve as a tool to guarantee the decision making, the same one that is oriented to improve the efficiency, effectiveness of the processes that are developed in the department of pagaduría of the judicial unit of FMNA (family, woman, childhood and adolescence) of the Quevedo canton. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación está enfocada al desarrollo de una auditoría operativa y su efecto en el departamento de pagaduría de la unidad judicial de FMNA (Familia, Mujer, Niñez y Adolescencia) del cantón Quevedo, año 2017. Durante el año 2015 el departamento de pagaduría atraviesa por un cambio permanente debido a la implementación del sistema único de pensiones alimenticias (SUPA) con él se ha facilitado el trabajo y es responsable de todo lo relacionado con pensiones alimenticias, pero también existen una serie de falencias como la acumulación de juicios, retrasos en las liquidaciones de pensiones alimenticias, existencia de valores devueltos que no están siendo acreditado a los beneficiarios de las pensiones alimenticias lo que ocasiona molestias en los usuarios externos. La investigación parte de la identificación de la problemática institucional, mediante entrevistas, cuestionarios de control interno y flujo grama de procesos, lo que permite recopilar información, para la definición de la metodología, métodos y técnicas de intervención bajo los cuales se enmarca la ejecución de la auditoria operativa. Como resultado del proceso de evaluación de sus operaciones, realizado al departamento de pagaduría se aspira sirva como una herramienta para garantizar la toma de decisiones, el mismo que está orientado a mejorar la eficiencia, efectividad de los procesos que se desarrollan en el departamento de pagaduría de la unidad judicial de FMNA (familia, mujer, niñez y adolescencia) del cantón Quevedo.
