| dc.description.abstract | Todas las empresas son de gran importancia para el país ya que gracias a su estabilidad financiera se ha desarrollado día a día nuestro Ecuador, esto hace que las empresas crezcan y se organicen para poder cumplir con los objetivos propuestos para mejor desempeño empresarial. Las entidades financieras brindan préstamos a diversas empresas con amortizaciones y son diferidas según monto que se establece, esto hace que se incremente la economía y fuentes de trabajo. Las inversiones tienen gran decisión al momento de realizar un capital de trabajo se debe realizar análisis de los costos de mercadería, los ingresos de mercadería, la materia prima que se va a implementar para dicha inversión, los activos fijos, los estados de resultados que son lo más importante para la inversión de la empresa, obteniendo el VAN $ $ 726.973,26 y al TIR $102.40 con la relación costo beneficio $ 1,09 para el primer año de inversión. En la parroquia la Esperanza existe una estación de servicios la cual debe abastecer de combustible a un alto porcentaje vehículos generando una gran demanda económica y social por su nivel elevado de consumo en la localidad, pero en los alrededores de la ciudad existen gran variedad de agricultores que necesitan del abastecimiento de combustible lo cual se les dificulta por sus maquinarias de cosecha, vehículos al momento de salir y llegar hasta la estación de servicios perdiendo así tiempo para seguir en su trabajo. Es por tal razón que se crea la estación de servicios vía al Vergel que satisface a las personas que necesitan de este servicio ya que al momento de acudir hasta las demás gasolineras se les dificulta por el tiempo | es_ES |
