| dc.description | The present artificial investigation is based in the reformation of the article 46 of the Law of Mediation and Arbitration, in which is recommended that the term of the presentation of the records of agreement of a mediation session is increased, with the purpose of improving the procedure of the mediation system. The artificial investigation this conformed to the following chapters: Chapter I, in which is developed the introduction, problematización, formulation of the problem, justification, objectives and hypothesis fundamental step of the investigation. Chapter II, in this I surrender it is given to know the theoretical, conceptual and legal foundation in the one that this based the investigation. Chapter III, in this part the methodology is detailed used to carry out the investigation, as the investigation types, methods, technical and instruments applied to reach the objectives of the investigation. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación jurídica se fundamenta en la reforma del artículo 46 de la Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación, en la que se recomienda que se incremente el plazo de la presentación del acta de acuerdo de una sesión de Mediación, con la finalidad de mejorar el procedimiento del Sistema de Mediación. La investigación jurídica está conformada con los siguientes capítulos: Capítulo I, en el cual se desarrolla la introducción, problematización, formulación del problema, justificación, objetivos e hipótesis paso fundamental de la investigación. Capítulo II, en este capítulo se da a conocer la fundamentación teórica, conceptual y legal en la que está basada la investigación. Capítulo III, en esta parte se detalla la metodología utilizada para realizar la investigación, como los tipos de investigación, métodos, técnicas e instrumentos aplicados para alcanzar los objetivos de la investigación.
