| dc.description | This research work entitled "INTERNAL CONTROL AND ITS IMPACT ON ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT IN THE APPLICATION OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE COOPERATIVE OF TRANSPORT IN TAXIS "COTUR" OF THE CANTON QUEVEDO YEAR 2021", It will be developed with the purpose of determining the system of internal control and its impact on the accounting management of the organization. The same one that presents problems: the personnel in charge of accounting management has little knowledge in the administrative financial area of the cooperative, ignorance of regulations, policies and procedures, inadequate execution of the budget, among others. For this, the objective was to evaluate the incidence of control. intern in the accounting management in the policies and procedures of the Cooperative of Transport in taxis "COTUR", of the Canton Quevedo year 2021. The methods that were applied were the analytical, synthetic, inductive and deductive techniques and instruments that were used are interviews, surveys and COSO. The results showed that there are no updated policies and procedure manual, ignorance by the collaborators and inadequate internal control processes in the accounting area, these results allowed to issue the conclusions and recommendations, in order to improve internal control and accounting management, and contribute to minimizing errors and obtaining reliable and favorable results for the organization. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “CONTROL INTERNO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA GESTIÓN CONTABLE EN LA APLICACIÓN DE POLÍTICAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS DE LA COOPERATIVA DE TRANSPORTES EN TAXIS “COTUR” DEL CANTÓN QUEVEDO AÑO 2021”, se desarrollará con la finalidad de determinar el sistema de control interno y su incidencia en la gestión contable de la organización. La misma que presenta problemas: el personal encargado del manejo contable cuenta con escaso conocimiento en el área financiera administrativa de la cooperativa, desconocimiento de reglamentos políticas y procedimientos, inadecuada ejecución del presupuesto entre otros, para ello se planteó el objetivo evaluar la incidencia del control interno en la gestión contable en las políticas y procedimientos de la Cooperativa de Transportes en Taxis “COTUR”, del Cantón Quevedo año 2021. Los métodos que se aplicaron fue el analítico, sintético, inductivo y deductivo las técnicas e instrumentos que se utilizara son entrevistas, encuestas y COSO. Los resultados evidenciaron, que no se cuentan con políticas y manual de procedimiento actualizados, desconocimiento por los colaboradores e inadecuado los procesos de control interno en el área contable, estos resultados permitieron emitir las conclusiones y recomendaciones, con el fin de mejorar los de control interno y gestión contable, y contribuir a minimizar errores y obtener resultados confiables y favorables para la organización. | |
