| dc.description | The present investigation had for object to determine the induction to the babaco maturation (Vasconcellea heilbornii Cv.) with an ethylene generator. The utilized product was the Cerone and its applied doses they were Cerone 2 ml.L-1 of water, Cerone 2,5 ml.L-1 of water, Cerone 3 ml.L-1 of water and Cerone 3,5 ml.L-1 of water. The investigative work was carried out in the canton Patate, main parish, county of Tungurahua, in the factory of liquors “The Forge.” The laboratory works were carried out under conditions of ambient temperature 190C, 50% of relative humidity, heliophany 1.760 hours of average yearly and 2.119 m.s.n.m. The design experimental employee was a D.B.C.A. with 5 treatments and 5 repetitions, the taking of data was made during 30 days, to which were carried out the statistical analysis by means of Statistical Analysis System (SAS). The procedure ANOVA was used for the variance analysis and test of Tukey (0,05). He was also carried out an economic analysis of each treatment in study: Application cost, total entrance, net utility, relationship benefit/cost and cost of production/kg. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo por objeto determinar la inducción a la maduración de babaco (Vasconcellea heilbornii Cv.) con un generador de etileno. El producto utilizado fue el Cerone y sus dosis aplicadas fueron Cerone 2 ml.L-1 de agua, Cerone 2,5 ml.L-1 de agua, Cerone 3 ml.L-1 de agua y Cerone 3,5 ml.L-1 de agua. El trabajo investigativo se realizó en el cantón Patate, parroquia matriz, provincia de Tungurahua, en la fábrica de licores “La Herrería”. Los trabajos de laboratorio se realizaron bajo condiciones de temperatura ambiente 190C, 50% de humedad relativa, heliofanía 1.760 horas de promedio anual y 2.119 m.s.n.m. El diseño experimental empleado fue un D.B.C.A. con 5 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones, la toma de datos se efectuó durante 30 días, a los cuales se les realizó el análisis estadístico mediante Statistical Analysis System (SAS).
