| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la Provincia de Los Ríos, cantón Mocache, la fase de campo tuvo una de duración de tres meses. Se utilizó un Diseño de Bloques Completamente al Azar (DBCA) con cuatro tratamientos y tres repeticiones, para establecer diferencias estadísticas entre los tratamientos se realizó la prueba de Tukey al 95% de probabilidad estadística, en cuanto a los problemas fitosanitarios presentados en el estudio fueron mínimos, comportándose como resistentes a los problemas fungosos como Damping off y a la presencia de plagas como trazadores que fue mínima en los híbridos Cortez, Oregón, Cromo, Zapata, los resultados muestran que la mayor altura de planta registrada por los híbridos a los 30 días obtuvo el tratamiento 4 del híbrido Zapata que alcanzo 20.72 cm, en comparación al híbrido Oregón del tratamiento 3 que presentó la menor altura con 15.65 cm, El tratamiento 4 compuesto por el híbrido Zapata fue el que registró el mayor número de flores con un total de 13.39, diferencia del tratamiento 2 compuesto por el híbrido cromo que presentó el menor número de incidencia foliar con 10.50, El mayor peso de frutos por planta lo presentó el tratamiento 1 del híbrido Cortez que alcanzó un peso de 202.11 g. a diferencia del tratamiento 2 del híbrido Cromo que registró el menor peso con 141.35 g, El tratamiento 4 compuesto por el híbrido Zapata obtuvo el mayor rendimiento por parcela con 34.36 kg a diferencia del híbrido Cromo del tratamiento 2 que obtuvo el menor rendimiento con 24.89 kg, el mayor rendimiento por hectárea lo obtuvo el tratamiento 1 compuesto por el híbrido Cortez con 15050.80 kg mientras que el tratamiento 2 del híbrido Cromo obtuvo el menor rendimiento con 11308.52 kg, La mejor relación beneficio–costo fue con el tratamiento Zapata con 0.46, describiendo que por cada dólar invertido se obtiene 46 centavos de utilidad. | es_ES |
