| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de creación de una cooperativa de ahorro y crédito para los servidores de la Ilustre Municipalidad de Ventanas tiene como objetivo apoyar el proceso de autogestión de los servidores de la institución a través de los recursos que disponen los gremios de los fondos de jubilación y de la institución. Del estudio de mercado se determinó una demanda insatisfecha de 204 socios para el primer año variando a 214 socios para el segundo año. En base a la demanda insatisfecha se consideró que el proyecto tendrá una capacidad de crédito para 17 socios mensuales, el monto de préstamos será de 2000 dólares por socio, con una tasa de interés anual del 8% más la comisión esto es 12%, y un plazo de 12 a 24 meses. Esta cooperativa será ubicada en el antiguo edificio del Banco Internacional, el proceso del crédito será mediante una solicitud de crédito que presentará el solicitante, acompañado de los respectivos documentos de respaldo tanto personales como de sus respectivos garantes. Una vez receptada la solicitud el Consejo de Crédito se reunirá y resolverá de acuerdo a los instructivos que existen para el electo. Una vez aprobada la solicitud, esta pasará a la gerencia para ser liquidada, este trámite durará en plazo máximo de 48 horas para el beneficiario, como lo contempla los estatutos elaborados para el funcionamiento de la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito.
