| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación jurídica se destaca diversas preocupaciones sobre las vulneraciones y violaciones a los Derechos Humanos en Ecuador, aumento de las sanciones Privativas de Libertad para Adolescentes Infractores y la protección Integral, Capítulo I, introducción, esta investigación esta compuesta por síes capítulos estructurados de la siguiente manera: El Capítulo I denominado: EL PROBLEMA, dentro del cual consta un análisis claro y preciso, partiendo de una problemática a nivel mundial, Nacional y local, con temas relevantes a la investigación en el Ecuador. Capítulo II, Marco Teórico, En la investigación realizada en la ciudad de Quevedo, provincia de Los Ríos, se ha recopilado textos de diferentes literatos y tratadistas del derecho de la Niñez y Adolescencia Ecuatorianos y Extranjeros para desarrollar este tema. Capítulo III, Metodología, para el desarrollo de este trabajo jurídico hemos hecho un enfoque de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo de tal forma, se aplicado en la presente investigación y trabajo de grado de una manera confiable la bibliográfica-documental, y la investigación de campo. Capitulo IV, Análisis e Interpretación de Resultados, aquí proyectamos todos los acontecimientos suscitados mediante la investigación de campo. Capítulo V, Conclusiones y Recomendaciones, en ella se enfoca de manera responsable las conclusiones finales producto de la investigación realizada; así como varias recomendaciones viables referentes al tema de investigación. Capitulo VI, Propuesta, dentro de aquello hacemos hincapié para que el estado Ecuatoriano se preocupe mas en realizar un seguimiento minucioso a dichas medidas socioeducativas para la protección de los adolescentes infractores que se encuentran en arresto. | es_ES |
