Abstract
En el cantón Quevedo existen diferentes instituciones estudiantiles como son mayormente las gubernamentales y las particulares de prestigios reconocidos que dan un servicio de educación básica, cabe indicar que en Quevedo no existe una institución educativa que ofrezca los servicios de tareas dirigidas para estudiantes de educación básica.
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la factibilidad económica-financiera de instalar un centro educativo de tareas dirigidas para estudiantes de educación básica. Para el cumplimiento de este objetivo, se ha efectuado un análisis de la situación actual del mercado el mismo que ha demostrado que debido al incremento poblacional se ve reflejada una demanda insatisfecha. El lanzamiento de este servicio, se lo hará en la zona urbana de este cantón, por ser un área significativa en el aspecto poblacional, además se busca satisfacer parte de la demanda insatisfecha del mercado del cantón Quevedo.
El presente proyecto de inversión demostró ser técnica y económicamente viable, pues las proyecciones a cuatro años, tomando como referencia una tasa de interés del 11.20% aplicada al capital, capital propio el 60% y financiado el 40%, lo cual da como resultado un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) positivo de $ 23.252,66 La inversión inicial asciende a un total de $ 9,482.78 lo que incluye las inversiones fijas, las mismas que se recuperan en un periodo de 1 año, 87 días.
En relación al análisis financiero, con su parámetro más representativo que es la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) ésta arrojo un resultado de 97%, siendo superior en 15% a la tasa de oportunidad aplicada al proyecto, lo cual indica que el mismo es rentable. La Relación Beneficio Costo (R. B/C) dio un resultado superior a la unidad $ 3.43 lo que indica que es una inversión factible y muy rentable.
Este análisis permite deducir que la inversión para instalar el centro educativo de tareas es baja con respecto a los ingresos proyectados anualmente, la cual se espera que sea emprendida por inversionistas que tengan acceso a la rama de enseñanza y al crédito. Estos proyectos constituyen una gran fuente generadora de ingresos para todas aquellas personas profesionales que deseen establecer estos tipos de servicios dentro o fuera del cantón Quevedo.

In the canton Quevedo different student institutions exist as they are mostly the government ones and those peculiar of grateful prestiges that give a service of basic education, it fits to indicate that in Quevedo an educational institution that he/she offers the services of tasks directed for students of basic education doesn't exist.
The present study has as objective to analyze the economic-financial feasibility of installing an educational center of tasks directed for students of basic education. For the execution of this objective, an analysis of the current situation of the market the same one has been made that it has demonstrated that due to the populational increment an unsatisfied demand is reflected. The launching of this service, will make it to him in the urban area of this canton, to be a significant area in the populational aspect, it is also looked for to satisfy part of the unsatisfied demand of the market of the canton Quevedo.
The present investment project demonstrated to be technical and economically viable, because the projections to four years, taking like reference an interest rate of 11.20% applied to the capital, own capital 60% and financed 40%, that which gives a Net Current Value as a result (they GO) positive of $ 23.252,66 The initial investment ascends to a total of $9.482.78, what includes the fixed investments, the same ones that recover in a 1 year-old period, 87 days.
In relation to the financial analysis, with their more representative parameter that is the Internal Rate of Return (TIR) this throws a result of 97%, being superior in 15% to the opportunity rate applied to the project, that which indicates that the same one is profitable. The Relationship Benefits Cost (R. B/C) he/she gave a superior result to the unit $3.43 what indicates that it is a feasible and very profitable investment.
This analysis allows to deduce that the investment to install the educational center of tasks is low with regard to the revenues projected annually, which is expected that it is undertaken by investors that have access to the teaching branch and the credit. These projects constitute a great generating source of revenues for all those professional people that want to establish these types of services inside of or outside of the canton Quevedo.
