| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con el fin de conocer como se recupera los Créditos y su Incidencia en la liquidez de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Metrópolis Ltda., Cantón Quinsaloma, Provincia de los Ríos, año 2011”, el objetivo es que la institución aumente sus niveles de eficiencia y eficacia en su labor diaria, proyectándose a mejorar continuamente. En primer lugar se establecieron los objetivos con la finalidad de dar un diagnóstico situacional de la Cooperativa, la misma que puede servir de referencia para mediante análisis facilitar la estimulación de ideas e iniciativas para tomar decisiones que favorezcan tanto a la Institución y población de Quinsaloma Se desarrolla el segundo capítulo con la sustentación teórica fruto del análisis y síntesis de la variada bibliografía existente tanto en las bibliotecas como en el internet, misma que valida la investigación. Para realizar el tercer capítulo se recurrió a la entrevista y encuesta, con la ayuda de un cuestionario diseñado previamente se recopiló información necesaria y también se estableció los materiales y métodos a utilizarse en la presente investigación. En el capítulo cuarto, se establece una tabulación e interpretación de resultados sobre el análisis de los datos obtenidos que permiten determinar los factores más sobresalientes en la información obtenida, que ayude a continuar con la investigación. Los resultados del estudio demostraron la necesidad de que la Institución brinde programas de sobre atención al cliente, como también trabajar con programas dirigidos que ayude al cliente a dar buen uso del dinero recibido para que de este modo no se incremente la cartera vencida. | es_ES |
