| dc.description | This research was aimed; compare the production of red beans grown in different planting densities (Phaseolus vulgaris L) in the canton Eloy Alfaro. The evaluated densities were T1 125,000 plants/ha, T2 83,333 plants/ha, T3 62,500 plants/ha and T4 50,000 plants/ha. Was performed at the "Three Brothers" parish Bourbon, Eloy Alfaro canton province of Esmeraldas. Site Bellavista. Its geographical location is 01 ° 06 'south latitude and 79 ° 29' west longitude, at an elevation of 30 meters above sea level. The fieldwork lasted 100 days. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo por objeto, Comparar la producción de frejol rojo cultivado en diferentes densidades siembra (Phaseolus vulgaris L) en el cantón Eloy Alfaro. Las densidades evaluadas fueron T1 125.000 plantas ha-1, T2 83.333 plantas/ha, T3 62.500 plantas ha-1 y T4 50.000 plantas ha-1. Se realizó en la finca “Tres Hermanos” de la parroquia Borbón, cantón Eloy Alfaro provincia de Esmeraldas. Sitio Bellavista. Su ubicación geográfica es de 01°06" de latitud sur y 79°29' de longitud oeste, a una altura de 30 metros sobre el nivel del mar. El trabajo de campo tuvo una duración de 100 días. El diseño experimental empleado fue un Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar (D.B.C.A.) con 4 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones. La mayor floración 79.00 flores por planta, mayor producción de vainas por planta 39.92, mayor producción de semillas por vaina 7.60 y mayor producción de semillas por planta 302.24 se tiene con el tratamiento T4 (50.000 plantas ha-1). La mayor producción de frejol seco 3.50 kg parcela-1; y por hectárea 3329.44 kg ha-1; se tiene con el tratamiento T1 que corresponde a la densidad de (125.000 plantas ha-1), el mayor ingreso $ 6.658,88, la mayor utilidad $3.183,22 y la mejor relación beneficio/costo 1,92 se tiene con el tratamiento T1 (125.000 plantas ha-1). | es_ES |
