Abstract
La presente investigación está direccionada a la aplicación de una Auditoría Operativa al área de Fumigación, en la empresa AEROFAQ CIA. LTDA., durante el periodo 2012; este estudio pretende realizar desde la perspectiva operativa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos, metas y políticas que tiene la organización, además este proyecto responde a la principal interrogante de la investigación, la cual fue documental porque su objetivo se alcanzó con la aplicación de la Auditoría Operativa en orden general ya existentes y cuyos efectos son conocidos en el ámbito profesional de la Contaduría; se considera práctica porque la información necesaria, para lograr el objetivo planteado, se obtuvo directamente de la realidad. Se utilizaron métodos como el inductivo, deductivo y analítico, se considera que son los más oportunos cuando de ejecutar una auditoría se trata; en cuanto a las técnicas, se hizo necesario recurrir a la entrevista, porque es el método más directo para obtener información por parte del interlocutor; el desarrollo de este estudio de igual alcance de evaluar el Control Interno mediante un cuestionario pre determinado para conocer más de cerca el sistema de control de la empresa; La evaluación al sistema de Control Interno en el área de fumigación de la empresa, se determinó que se sigue el proceso establecido en la planificación, sin embargo están propensos a ciertos cambios de mejoramientos continuos. Se logró determinar que en el área de Fumigación los procesos y actividades operacionales necesitan más del desenvolvimiento de cada uno de los trabajadores. Se realizó el informe de auditoría del area de fumigacion.
Description
This research is directed to the implementation of an operational audit the area of fumigation, the company AEROFAQ CIA. LTDA, during the period 2012.; This study aims to perform from the operational perspective and compliance with the goals, objectives and policies that have the organization, this project also responds to the main research question, whith was documentary that its objective was achieved with the implementation of the operational audit on existing general nature and whose effects are known in the professional field of Accounting. Practice is considered that the information necessary to achieve the stated objective was obtained directly from reality. Methods such as inductive, deductive and analytical were used, are considered to be the most appropriate when executing an audit is about. As for the techniques, it became necessary to resort to the interview because it is the most direct method to obtain information from the caller; the development of this study in the same measure to evaluate the internal control by a pre-determined to learn more about the control system of the company questionnaire; the evaluation system of internal control in the spraying area of the company, it was determined that the process established in the planning continues, however they are prone to certain changes of continuous improvement. It was determined that in the area of fumigation processes and operational activities need more of development of each worker. The audit report of the fumigation area was conducted.
