Abstract
La cooperativa de taxis “Alianza” es una de las instituciones más antiguas de la ciudad de Quevedo, fue creada bajo acuerdo ministerial No 0165 del 24 de marzo de 1972, dando un servicio a la ciudadanía con calidad y calidez. El objetivo general elaborar un proyecto técnico y económico para la implementación de un taller multiservicios en la cooperativa de taxis “Alianza”, que cumpla los requerimientos técnicos y económicos de los socios de la cooperativa, se comenzó con la parte contextual que son el planteamiento de los objetivos, y de la hipótesis. El segundo capítulo abarca el respaldo teórico de autores e investigadores, los cuales dan la guía técnica necesaria para haber llevado a cabo esta investigación. Luego se tiene el capítulo tres que es la metodología utilizada en esta investigación. El capítulo cuarto que es el más importante puesto que se encontraran los resultados y los análisis de la investigación, se determinó a través de encuestas las opiniones de los socios en cuento a sus requerimientos de mantenimientos de sus unidades , los cuales el 91% de ellos apoyan la creación de un taller multiservicios en la sede de la cooperativa; igualmente se determinó el número de trabajadores que integrarían el taller (7) siete empleados, las herramientas y equipos que se utilizarían y por último la viabilidad técnico económica de la propuesta, la cual arrojo que si es viable, desde los la parte de mercado, como la técnico y la económica. Luego analizando la situación de la empresa desde el punto desde vista de los socios y del gerente de la cooperativa, estos mayoritariamente están de acuerdo en la implementación de un taller.
Description
The taxi cooperative "Alliance" is one of the oldest institutions in the city of Quevedo, was created under Ministerial Agreement No 0165 of March 24, 1972, giving a service to the public with quality and warmth. The general objective to develop a technical and economic project for the implementation of a multi-workshop at the taxi cooperative "Alliance" which meets the technical and economic requirements of the members of the cooperative, it began with the contextual part is the approach objectives, and hypotheses. The second chapter covers the theoretical support of authors and researchers, which provide the necessary technical guidance for having carried out this research. Then we have the third chapter is the methodology used in this investigation. The fourth chapter is the most important find since the results and analysis of the investigation, it was determined through surveys the opinions of the partners tell their maintenance requirements of its units, which 64% of them support the creation of a multi-workshop at the headquarters of the cooperative ,; also the number of workers that would integrate the workshop (7) seven employees, tools and equipment to be used and finally the technical and economic feasibility of the proposal, which I throw if feasible, since the market share was determined, as the technical and economic. After analyzing the situation of the company from the view point from partner and manager of the cooperative, these mainly (91%) agree with the implementation of a workshop.
