| dc.description | The research project entitled "Administrative management and its impact on job performance of the Distinguished Fire Brigade of the city of Quevedo," is developed in order to know how it is carrying out the administration of this public institution and is influencing this type of administration staff performance Firefighter Corps, since one way or another directly affects the citizens of our county. Within the research project the variables that comprise the research problem in order to understand where comes the research topic and objectives are detailed. In the theoretical framework we can find in detail the concepts and definitions of each of the variables containing the objectives to obtain a deeper knowledge about these. The subject of this research project chose in order to determine whether administration of this institution is influencing the work performance of employees of the fire department, because they are an organization of social assistance and should always be under the command of emergencies and in turn whether within your budget with an amount earmarked for training projects to the community This project will be very useful to the community as being a social entity helps both its administrative area as the rest of the staff should work in perfect order. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación titulado “Gestión administrativa y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral del Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos de la ciudad de Quevedo”, se elabora con el fin de conocer cómo se está llevando a cabo la administración de esta institución pública y como está influyendo este tipo de administración en el desempeño del personal del Cuerpo de Bomberos, ya que de una manera u otra afecta directamente a la ciudadanía de nuestro cantón. Dentro del proyecto de investigación se detallan las variables que comprenden el problema de investigación para así poder entender de donde nace el tema a investigar y los objetivos planteados. En el marco teórico podremos encontrar de manera detallada los conceptos y definiciones de cada una de las variables que contienen los objetivos planteados para así obtener un conocimiento más profundo acerca de estos. El tema del presente proyecto investigativo se lo escogió con el fin de determinar si la administración de esta institución está influyendo en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Cuerpo de Bomberos, ya que son una entidad de ayuda social y deben estar siempre a las órdenes de cualquier emergencia y a su vez determinar si dentro de su presupuesto tienen un monto destinado para proyectos de capacitación a la comunidad Este proyecto será de mucha utilidad para la comunidad ya que por ser una entidad de ayuda social tanto su área administrativa como el resto del personal debe funcionar en perfecto orden. | es_ES |
