| dc.description | The researched topic "EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE LEARNING PROCESS OF SCHOOL STUDENTS" is entitled BRAULIO GABRIEL MUÑOZ RIVERA CANTON GOODWILL, PERIOD 2015 Teacher Training Plan "held at the educational institution located in October 11th the parish San Pedro neighborhood. The objective of this research is to focus on the Ecuadorian educational community in particular on the importance of managing learning resources to improve the teaching-learning process; so that teachers in the school "Gabriel Braulio Muñoz Rivera" have a permanent training by the Ministry of Education about innovation, creation and management of educational resources. To achieve the objectives, it is necessary to make an exploration of the different teaching resources that are available to teachers of the institution and determine the interest they demonstrate is to the so-called connectionist paradigm. The research was developed bibliographical, research also distinguished himself as systematic, objective; and it was developed in a reasonable and logical manner. Through the information obtained through its authorities, teachers and students, it is analyzed enabling us to reach conclusions and recommendations for the benefit of basic education school "Gabriel Rivera Braulio Muñoz" To do this four hypotheses raised a general and four specific the same through the results shown by surveys and interviews with management, teachers and students, it was possible to check. This shall contrasting hypotheses did the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results and the scientific theory on the basis of the theory of David Ausubel meaningful learning, discovery learning Bruner and Vygotsky social constructionist learning. This research contributes to the Ecuadorian teachers to innovate their knowledge creation and use of teaching resources and discover the potential that each student has in their daily life, putting aside fears and fala action in each pedagogical encounter. At present this educational institution has traditional teaching resources and shabby generating a passive and conformist in each of the students attitude. The proposal consists of a teacher training plan in innovation and creation of teaching resources used in the teaching and learning processes of students of the school of basic education 'Braulio Muñoz Rivera Gabriel. | dc.description.abstract | El tema investigado se titula “RECURSOS DIDACTICOS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA-APRENDIZAJE DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA ESCUELA “BRAULIO GABRIEL RIVERA MUÑOZ DEL CANTON BUENA FE, PERIODO 2015, PLAN DE CAPACITACION DOCENTE “realizado en la en la institución educativa ubicada en la parroquia 11de Octubre barrio San Pedro. El objetivo de esta investigación, es enfocar a la comunidad educativa ecuatoriana en particular sobre la importancia del manejo de los recursos didácticos, para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje; de tal manera que los docentes de la escuela “Braulio Gabriel Rivera Muñoz”, dispongan de una capacitación permanente por parte del Ministerio de Educación sobre el tema innovación, creación y manejo de los recursos didácticos. Para conseguir los objetivos, es necesario realizar una exploración de los diferentes recursos didácticos que se encuentran a disposición de los docentes de la institución y determinar el interés que ellos patentizan hacia el llamado paradigma conectivista. La investigación desarrollada fue de carácter bibliográfico, además la investigación se distinguió por ser sistemática, objetiva; así como fue desarrollada de manera razonada y lógica. Por medio de la información obtenida a través de sus autoridades, docentes y estudiantes, se procede al análisis que nos permite llegar a conclusiones y recomendaciones para beneficio de la escuela de educación básica “Braulio Gabriel Rivera Muñoz” Para ello se plantearon cuatro hipótesis una general y cuatro específicas los mismos que a través de los resultados que arrojaron las encuestas y entrevistas realizadas a directivo, docentes y estudiantes, fue posible comprobarlas. Dicha comprobación se lo hizo contrastando las hipótesis con el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de los resultados y con la teoría científica teniendo como base la teoría de aprendizaje significativo de DAVID AUSUBEL, el aprendizaje por descubrimiento de BRUNER y el aprendizaje construccionista social para Vygotsky. Este trabajo de investigación contribuye a los maestros ecuatorianos que innoven sus conocimientos en creación y utilización de los recursos didácticos y descubran las potencialidades que cada estudiante posee en su vida diaria, dejando a un lado los temores y la fala de actuación en cada encuentro pedagógico. En la actualidad esta institución educativa cuenta con recursos didácticos tradicionales y en mal estado lo que genera una actitud pasiva y conformistas en cada uno de los educandos. La propuesta consiste en un Plan de capacitación docente en innovación y creación de los recursos didácticos aplicados en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la escuela de educación básica “Braulio Gabriel Rivera Muñoz”. La propuesta es viable no requiere de una inversión económica representativa mas bien el deseo y la buena voluntad de las autoridades y docentes por la innovación, creación y manejo de los recursos didácticos. | es_ES |
