dc.descriptionThe project is to investigate the administration and its relationship with mobbing in business, analyze the problem you are facing the workers, serious problem, which occurs very frequently and caused concern in the town of Quevedo, by the negative consequences caused by this type of behavior. The fundamental reason why this research is done is to determine the magnitude of these acts of intimidation, violence, discrimination against employees and to publicize those with responsibilities on the magnitude of this problem; the results found by a study of throughmarket survey aimed at employees of both public and private the same as possible to know about bullying and thus draw the respective conclusions and recommendations served to put a proposal on the management companies administrative and mobbing in the city of Quevedo. Many entrepreneurs try to improve their income too require employees without being properly supported and often ends with the departure of the company. Through market research it was determined the incidence of administrative management of the existing mobbing in companies of Canton Quevedo , besides identifying existing legal instruments with which they can count the victims of workplace harassment and protection measures proposed and control over workplace harassment for the workers, the budgets for the implementation of a business office to help mitigate this problem by implementing activities such as training they determined, activation of corporate values , staff training on the harassment, unification activities, psychological tests, involving administrative management among others.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl proyecto consiste en investigar sobre la gestión Administrativa y su relación con el Mobbing en las empresas, analizar el problema que están enfrentando las y los trabajadores, problema grave, que se da con mucha frecuencia y que causa preocupación en la población de Quevedo, por las consecuencias negativas que ocasiona este tipo de conductas. El motivo fundamental, por el que se hace esta investigación es para conocer la magnitud de estos hechos de intimidación, violencia, discriminación hacia los empleados y dar a conocer a quienes tienen responsabilidades sobre la magnitud de esta problemática; los resultados se encontraron a través de un estudio de mercado mediante encuesta dirigidas a empleados de empresas tanto pública como privadas los mismos que permitieron conocer sobre el acoso laboral y de esta manera sacar las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones que sirvieron para plantear una propuesta sobre la gestión administrativa y el Mobbing e n la ciudad de Quevedo. Muchos empresarios por tratar de mejorar sus ingresos exigen demasiado a los empleados sin estar debidamente sustentados y que muchas veces termina con la salida de la empresa. Mediante el estudio de mercado se logró determinar la incidencia de la gestión administrativa sobre el mobbing existente en las empresas del Cantón Quevedo, además de identificar los instrumentos jurídicos existentes con los que pueden contar las víctimas del acoso laboral y se propuso medidas para la protección y control sobre el acoso laboral para los trabajadores, se determinaron los presupuestos para la implementación de una oficina en las empresas que ayude a mitigar este problema , mediante la implementación de actividades como la capacitación , la activación de los valores empresariales, capacitación del personal sobre el acoso laboral, actividades de unificación, pruebas psicológicas, participación de la gestión administrativa entre otras.es_ES
