| dc.description | The main objective of the research was to design a strategic plan to improve the development of the Education Unit of the Cenepa Heroes Canton Good Faith period 2014 - 2018, to the effect the importance and contribution that provides a strategic plan to an institution considered, organization or company that helps you make good decisions on behalf of the same. A situational analysis was performed using methodologies and using a tool of great importance as the SWOT matrix that allowed analyzing the internal and external environment, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Thus, the matrix operation strategy for the areas of Human Resources, Administration and Planning School in order to contribute to the development strategies of the Education Unit is established. | dc.description.abstract | El principal objetivo de la investigación fue Diseñar un Plan Estratégico para mejorar el desarrollo de la Unidad Educativa Héroes del Cenepa del Cantón Buena Fe periodo 2014 – 2018, para el efecto se consideró la importancia y el aporte que brinda un plan estratégico a una institución, organización o empresa y que ayuda a tomar buenas decisiones en beneficio de las mismas. Se realizó un diagnóstico situacional a través de metodologías y utilizando una herramienta de gran importancia como la Matriz FODA que permitió analizar el entorno interno y externo, identificando las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas. Es así que se establece la matriz de operación de estrategias para las áreas de Recursos Humanos, Administración y Planificación Escolar con el fin de que las estrategias aporten al desarrollo de la Unidad Educativa.
