| dc.description | The present investigation topic develops an analysis of the administrative Administration in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Valencia; the evaluation is directed to the area of contabilidad that looks for to use a modern methodology of control of administration called square of integral control; under this context the indicators are designed that evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness and economy in the benefit of the service, helping to the institution of services to improve the use of their human resources and materials. In the Ecuador they exist some laws and norms of the public sector that frame the existence of a control system in the government's dependent entities for this reason, this work it is based in a system of indicators and the design of processes that optimize the resources and improve the productivity, on the normative bases of the necessary internal control for the execution of the proposed objectives according to the laws. With the development of this work an integral vision of the organization is obtained, with respect to if it is reaching the objectives and goals that he/she has thought about, likewise the used resources and the executed actions, with the purpose of evaluating its administration to redefine its strategies in the case that you amerite. | dc.description.abstract | El presente tema de investigación desarrolla el análisis de la Gestión Administrativa en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Valencia; la evaluación está dirigida al área de contabilidad aplicando una moderna metodología de control administrativo llamada cuadro de mando integral; bajo este contexto se diseñan los indicadores que evalúan la eficiencia, efectividad y economía en la prestación del servicio, orientando a la institución a mejorar el uso de sus recursos humanos y materiales. En el Ecuador existen algunas leyes y normas del sector público que enmarcan la existencia de un sistema de control en las entidades dependientes del gobierno por esta razón, este trabajo se fundamenta en un sistema de indicadores y el diseño de procesos que optimicen los recursos y mejore la productividad, sobre las bases normativas del control interno necesario para el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos conforme a las leyes. Con el desarrollo de este trabajo se obtiene una visión integral de la organización, referente a si está alcanzando los objetivos y metas que se ha planteado, así también los recursos utilizados y las acciones ejecutadas, con la finalidad de evaluar su administración para redefinir sus estrategias en el caso que se amerite.
