| dc.description | In this research work implementing a risk management model it was tried on the basis of ISO 31000: 2009, which aims to bolster the quality of services offered by the Private Education Unit "Abdon Calderon" to Quevedeña community and surrounding areas. First the contextual framework of the investigation is treated as subject to the proposed instruction, which is the problem to solve and the scientific justification of the subject. And plots to carry out the required research and hypotheses objectives. Second was the theoretical framework, several authors think about the concepts and on the subject of study, which served as an aid to understanding the proposed theme. The third chapter is the form of research methodology as it will carry out, with methods and what kind of research will be needed. Then come the results of field work, tabulation of data obtained in surveys, where the degree of knowledge and plans of the institution determined as to the risks and the results showed that are low and served for the development of raised pattern. The methodology used was to determine the processes and plans necessary to determine the degree of risk posed by the breach, which affects the business and the quality of the services offered, using the principles, the framework and the process risk management of the ISO 31000: 2009 UEPAC strategic objectives are met, improve quality and be a secure institution. Finally the risk management model based on the ISO 31000 standard the particular educational unit "Abdon Calderon" guarantee its internal and external customers, a service with the highest levels of quality. | dc.description.abstract | Con el presente trabajo investigativo se trató la implementación de un modelo de gestión de riesgos en base a la norma iso 31000:2009, cuya finalidad es apuntalar la calidad de los servicios que oferta la Unidad Educativa Particular “Abdón calderón” a la comunidad Quevedeña, y a las zonas aledañas. En primer lugar se trató el marco contextual de la investigación como es la instrucción al tema propuesto, cual es el problema a resolver y la justificación científica de dicho tema. Así como los objetivos trazados para llevar a cabo la investigación y la hipótesis requerida. Segundo fue el marco teórico, que piensan varios autores sobre los conceptos y sobre el tema de estudio, lo que sirvió como una ayuda para comprender el tema propuesto. El tercer capítulo es la forma metodológica de la investigación como, se lo va a llevar a cabo, con que métodos y que tipo de investigación se va a necesitar. Luego vienen los resultados del trabajo de campo, la tabulación de los datos obtenidos en las encuestas, donde se determinó el grado de conocimientos y los planes de la institución en cuanto a los riesgos y cuyos resultados mostraron que son bajos y sirvieron para la elaboración del modelo planteado. La metodología aplicada fue la de determinar los procesos y planes necesario y determinar el grado de riesgo que presentan en su incumplimiento, lo que repercute en el negocio y en la calidad de los servicios ofertados, utilizando los principios, el marco de trabajo y el proceso de la gestión del riesgo de la ISO 31000:2009 se cumplen los objetivos estratégicos de la UEPAC, en mejorar la calidad y ser una institución segura. Por último con el modelo de gestión de riesgos en base a la norma ISO 31000 la unidad Educativa Particular “Abdón Calderón”, garantiza a sus clientes internos y externos, un servicio con los más altos índices de calidad.
