| dc.description | Unemployment is one of the most important topics of discussion in relation to the labor market Ecuadorian labor market, why it is essential to identify and understand the factors that have influencedits growth. Reason that arises as a research topic: "UNEMPLOYMENT QUEVEDO CANTON IN URBAN AREA AND ITS IMPACT ON THE CREATION OF NEW VENTURES IN THE SECOND HALFOF THE YEAR 2011" The objective of this study is to present an analysis about unemployment in Quevedo canton urban area, in the second six months of the year 2011; it’s to say setting the most significant variables for that a person is met unmployed and the detail that has this phenomenon in the generation of new ventures. For the development of the same was prepared a questions bank that are related to the unemployment, causes or factors that determine it and if the if if individuals take other skills to succeed and address this problem, as is the case with the implentation of a business. Among the unemployed the most outstanding characteristics vary, mostly indicate that the reasons why they do not have a job is because the work is temporary, others indicate a lack of experience, age, level of education, among others. And of those who were unemployed in the second. | dc.description.abstract | El desempleo es uno de los temas de debate más importantes en relación al mercado laboral ecuatoriano, razón por la cual se hace indispensable descubrir y entender los factores que han influido en el crecimiento del mismo. Razón por la cual surge como tema de investigación: “EL DESEMPLEO EN EL AREA URBANA DEL CANTON QUEVEDO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA CREACION DE NUEVOS EMPRENDIMIENTOS DURANTE EL SEGUNDO SEMESTRE DEL AÑO 2011”. El objetivo de este estudio es presentar un análisis sobre el desempleo en el área Urbana del Cantón Quevedo durante el segundo semestre del año 2011; es decir señalar las variables más significativas que intervienen para que una persona se encuentre desempleada y la incidencia que tiene éste fenómeno en la generación de nuevos emprendimientos. Para el desarrollo del mismo se elaboró un banco de preguntas relacionadas al desempleo, las causas o factores que lo determinan y si los individuos toman otras aptitudes para salir adelante y afrontar este problema, como es el caso de puesta en marcha de algún negocio. Entre los desempleados las características más sobresalientes varían, en su mayoría indican que los motivos por los cuales no cuentan con un empleo se debe a que el trabajo es temporal, otros indican a la falta de experiencia, la edad, nivel de educación, entre otros. Y de aquellos desempleados que estuvieron durante el segundo semestre los factores que los motivaron a tomar aptitudes emprendedoras fueron: mejorar el bienestar familiar, necesidad de Independencia y desarrollo empresarial. | es_ES |
