Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó en el cantón Arajuno, Provincia de Pastaza, con la finalidad de establecer una ruta temática como estrategia para la conservación cultural de la comunidad Puka Rumi.
Se realizaron recorridos en la comunidad para identificar y seleccionar los recursos naturales y culturales que forman parte de la ruta temática, obteniendo información relacionada con coordenadas geográficas, altura sobre el nivel del mar, nombre del componente y el tipo de recurso. Además se obtuvo información mediante la convivencia con la comunidad. Se logro identificar las características específicas de cada atractivo tales como: la descripción botánica y usos de las plantas. Se establecieron dos rutas temáticas: una de atractivos naturales y otra de manifestaciones culturales.
También se diseñó un sistema interpretativo basándose en los atractivos identificados, los cuales fueron planteados de manera conceptual y gráfica mediante la elaboración de un guión interpretativo y señaleticas de interpretación que dan a conocer los aspectos y características importantes de los datos obtenidos a los visitantes de la comunidad. El guión para la interpretación de los recursos de las rutas, detalla el saludo inicial del guía, recomendaciones a los visitantes, generalidades sobre los puntos identificados y las paradas establecidas con su respectiva interpretación. Además, se implementó letreros interpretativos, de bienvenida e información acordes al manual para el Patrimonio Natural del Estado.
Se elaboró un plan de difusión que contempla el logotipo, slogan y canales de información directos e indirectos como internet, radio, televisión, trípticos, entre otros, que son de vital importancia al momento de promocionar la ruta temática de la comunidad Puka Rumi. Finalmente se concluye que los recursos establecidos para la ruta natural utilizan especies de plantas que son de uso medicinal, alimentación y shamanismo, mientras que los recursos para la ruta cultural se basa en la convivencia familiar, además se elaboró un mapa de ruta tomando en cuenta los atractivos naturales inventariados y georreferenciados, y en base a los resultados obtenidos se acepta la hipótesis “El diseño de una ruta temática contribuye a la difusión y conservación de los recursos naturales y culturales en la comunidad de Puka Rumi”.

This research work was realized in the Arajuno canton, Pastaza Province with the aim to establish a thematic route as a strategy for the cultural conservation of the community Puka Rumi.
Routes was performed in the community to identify and select the natural and cultural resources that form part of the thematic route getting information related with geographic coordinates, height on the level of the sea, name of the component and the type of resource. The information was obtained by means of the coexistent with the community. It was achieved to identify the specific characteristics of each attractive such as: botanical description and uses of the plants. It was established two thematic routes: the first one; natural attractions and the other one; attractive cultural events.
Also designed an interpretive system based on identified attractives, which were raised conceptual, graphical manner through the development of an interpretive script and interpretation signaling to disclose important aspects and characteristics of the data to visitors community was designed. The script for the interpretation of the resources of the routes, detailing the welcome guide, recommendations visitors, an overview of the identified points and stops set with their respective interpretation. Moreover, interpretive signs, welcome and information commensurate with the manual for the State Natural Heritage was implemented.
It was elaborated a plan of diffusion that contemplates the logo, slogan and channels of direct and indirect information like internet, radio, television, triptychs, among others, that are of vital importance to the moment to promote the thematic route of the community Puka Rumi. Finally, it was concluded that funds established for the natural route use plant species that are of medicinal use, power and shamanism, while the resources for the cultural route is based on a harmonious family, it was also created a map of route taking into account the natural attractions inventoried and georeferenced, and based on the results obtained are accepts the hypothesis "The design of a theme route contributes to the dissemination and preservation of the natural and cultural resources in the community of Puka Rumi".
