Abstract
La presente investigación titulada PLAN DE INVERSIÓN PARA MEJORAMIENTO CON RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL - EMPRESARIAL DE “AVICOLA VILLARES”, PARROQUIA SAN CARLOS, AÑO 2014 – 2015 se realizó en Parroquia San Carlos del Cantón Quevedo, Provincia de Los Ríos, con una ubicación geográfica de 1°27′0″ de latitud Sur y 79°28′12″ de longitud Oeste, ubicada a 75 m.s.n.m. con una duración de 180 días. Dentro del proceso de investigación se obtuvo información empresarial e información del nivel de consumo para ello se aplicó la investigación de campo y bibliográfica facilitándose al aplicación de la técnica de observación directa la misma que nos permitió la recolección de datos. Los métodos de investigación aplicados fueron el Método deductivo – inductivo mismo que nos permitió descubrir la manera de aplicar la encuesta; Método Analítico que nos ayudó a realizar el análisis crítico y examinar la situación actual de la avícola VILLARES de la Parroquia San Carlos; Método Descriptivo que nos ayudó a particularizar los procesos que se llevaron a cabo para la elaboración del proyecto de inversión. Para la recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta a una muestra de 18 personas y entrevista al administrador, contador y jefe de producción. La avícola Villares cuenta con 6 granjas, 5 en la parroquia San Carlos y 1 en parroquia de San Camilo, las cuales producen 264.900 pillitos BB al año, no realiza con una planificación inversiones, ya que se realizado compras mediantes las necesidades que se vayan presentando, por lo cual se realizó un plan de inversión el cual la empresa necesita una inversión de $ 33.226.32 dólares, ya que actualmente tienen una producción del 80% teniendo, por lo cual se espera con estas inversiones alcance el 100%

Thais research titled investment PLAN FOR IMPROVEMENT WITH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPOSIBILITY OF POULTRY VILLARES PARISH SAN CARLOS YEAR 2014 – 2015, WAS HELD IN THE PARIS SAB CARLOS CANTON QUEVEDO, of the Rios province, with a geographical location 1°27´0” south latitude and 78°28´12” west longitude, located 75 M.SN.M. With a durations of 180 days. For the data collection survey technique was applied to a sample 18 people and interview the administrator, accountant and head of production.The Villares poultry farms has 6 in the parish san Carlos and 1 in the parish san Camilo, which produce 264.900 chicks BB year. The Villares poultry not done with planning investments, since it has been shopped by the needs that a rise whereby an investment of 33.226.32 dollars was performed, as currently has a production having 80%, 50 it is expected to reach 100% of these investments
